They have been working on the cars for the past week, so hopefully they have found the problem(s) with the car and they'll have them fixed in time for Valenica, so we can have a bit more exciting race compared to last years.
I really will never get why people post such utter crap like the one quoted above. It's really simple if you don't have any constructive to say don't post at all ...
As The Very End has said if that's what he's happy doing then why shouldn't he do that? It's his life let him live it the way he want's to, who are we to question that.
Jordan if you ever drive a 24 hour endurance race in real life, we can say you have no life and all you do all day is drive around a track all day. It's the same principals as what you've just said.
He has got plenty of experience with racing, you've just got too remember it's not only F1 he's driving in, he's also driving in the lower formula's as well. A driver just doesn't lose his natural ability to race ... He's also tested every Ferrari F1 car since 1999 with the exception of the F60, which he'll get to grips with in Valencia
Yeah I would simple enough. It wouldn't be the same, who really wants to see drivers going around the track in a closed-cockpit? I don't for one.
They've managed 60 years with open-cockpits, with only 26 drivers losing their life behind the wheel of a Formula One car. Two freak accidents within a week and now they're wanting to use closed-cockpits. Why change it now?
Then there's that whole aspect of safety, What if a driver gets trapped ... I could go on, but I'm sure you get the point.
I'm not sure if he wants to retire, but he certainly hasn't been the same driver we've seen before the 2007 season Maybe he'll get his finger out with Badoer there maybe he wont.
It's a pretty interesting condition that he has. From an article on Autosport; Casey Stoner's doctor, Claudio Macchiagodena says the Australian has the fatigue of a man twice his age, after spending last week examining his condition.
If you get a studying schedule made up then I'm sure that you'll manage fine. I made up one sort of and even passed a subject which I though I was going to fail, a 4 in Modern Studies isn't anything to shout about but hey at least it's a pass ..
Tell us what can be done to make it safer? Closed-cockpit racing cars, Formula One is all about the essence open-cockpit racing. No one wants to see people going around in a closed cockpit, They want to see the drivers in open-cockpit racing cars.
Then there's the question of safety if a drivers in a crashes. What happens if the closed-cockpit won't open?
What point are you trying to make with this?
Edit: You said in a previous post that it's too dangerous, now you're saying it's not as dangerous due to the safety measures taking. Please make up your mind.
Not that I currently know of, but a lot more people have died with stadiums collapsing than the 26 drivers who've died behind the wheel of a Formula One car.
Just out of curiosity where are you getting the figure 50 from?
That's obvious isn't it, he wasn't comparing motorsport though, he was comparing other sports.
As you've said previously you can make motorsport can be made safer, how can you make rallying safer? Asides removing all of the trees and spectators ..?
