That's what I love about other games like the Getaway and Mafia, the cops react to speed and traffic rules.

If you hit a cop in GTA head on or straight behind, most of the time they don't do anything, but if they scrub you a tiny bit with their sides, sirens start blaring.

In my opinion almost any car you want to mod isn't worth it and it'll never be awesome.

If you want to add more noise to it, as long as it's not over the top, just a gentle noise, I'm okay with that, nothing wrong with it.

I'd personally put stuff like higher quality music in there, you can always take it back out if you get another car.
