I actually switched UAC back on after reading Shadowww's post. But then I noticed at start up that only 1 of my desktop gadgets was loaded and Objectdock didn't load because of it. So... I turned it off again That's the only thing I noticed, though, it didn't pop up a confirmation dialog on every other click of the mouse like the Vista UAC seemed to do, so it seems like it's improved quite a bit in Win7.

I think one thread about this is enough. Yes, it shows similarities with LFS but as far as I can tell from the comments in the other thread it doesn't feel anywhere similar to LFS.

Hmm lol, I thought those speeds were Megabytes/second. I was like "wtf, those are insanely high speeds!!!" Then I ran the test myself and realised it's Megabits

dawesdust is right and, for once, his critisism is somewhat well founded. I agree that the grill looks pretty bad for the reasons dawesdust stated. However, I find that the sceneries in those Evo shots look infinitely better than anything I've seen posted in the GT5 thread (talking about scenery/track surroundings, not cars obviously). Then again, it's been a while since I've set foot in the GT5 thread.

It does, indeed, seem reasonable to assume that an upgrade from S2 to S3 will cost £12. But the problem is no one really knows for sure. New people asking about S3 are being told that it will cost £36 (or £12 if they upgrade from S2), but if the devs decide to charge £15 or £20 instead you'll have loads of people complaining that they were "lied to" and were told that it would only be £12.

Personally I prefer not to use an installer whenever possible, as well. So I understand the OP's concern, although I don't make that big a deal out of it I haven't updated to Z28, btw. I don't suppose you can just extract the installer with Winrar instead of 7zip?

Hmm, I think I'll add this one (PC version) to my wishlist then. Haven't bought a PC game in... can't even remember, it's been so long. Hopefully it will run okay on my rig.

Hmm, you guys sure make this seem interesting Does it have a decent single player, or is it mainly multiplayer based? And has anyone here bought it for the PC? I'm not even gonna try to play a shooter on a console
