in some cars u can get away without touching the curbs and still be quiet fast i know on BL i can set a 55sec lap in the BF1 without touching any kerbs at all its all about geting on the cars limit and some times going just above it ull find a bannana.

ok if ur after a fast time the yellow line should be fastest no matter what as the red line is more for (out braking) i find it easyest on any S bends or even chicains to turn in as late as u can but still managing to clip the apex with the front inside wheel and help pull the car into the corner. a little force induced over steer can help drive faster along with a little power to get the back end allmost braking traction. Most people dont drive like this but i find in allmost all RWD cars in LFS even the BF1 if u can get the car to the point just befor wheel spin on a corner it helps turn in and mid corner speed allowing alot faster corner speed and exit speeds

i dont want the current virsion of BL changed but allowing use of the bridge and other aera's would be good. i mean why change the track that makes LFS has had since the start :P.allso i dont rember BL without the chicains

It isn't suitable for close racing in LFS, there just aren't enough people. Look at what tracks most people are racing, Five laps on short tracks.
How many people that want to have a really long track in LFS play FE Black or AS GT on a regular basis?

And sil3ntwar is right, it would take Eric a reaaally long time to create this track. Time I would rather see him spending on multiple tracks that can offer good racing.

i couldent agree more but it is a track i would love to play on with say XRT and just get alot of turn in over steer from the cambered corners the 1 thing that LFS lacks now days is good races with even drivers most races i do now days have about 1/2 people at the same pace as me if not a little faster and the rest are 2/3 sec's of the pace

im against this as people put alot of time and effort into their sets and most of the time the car is set up for their driving style sure a better set will make u faster but stealing someones set without their permission is just wrong its allmost as bad as just cracking LFS personaly i never buy games and allways crack them but their is only 2 games in my life i would ever pay money for 1 is LFS the other is lineage2 so respect the dev's and the makers of the sets

i dont know i have only played 2 games with the Ring GTR and GT4 i do have to say GT4's virsion is quiet realistic (pitty the game isent )

lol i dont know what car ur talking about but im running a T03 garret on a RB30ET and it has a stock wastegate and when i uped the boost it came on stronger and earlyer then when it was set to 7 now its set at 13 PSI

U can allso set boost to build differnlty with a good boost controler not a bleed valve like i use

i agree this would be a awesome idea but then u have to take into account of the car's spec's IE

with lets say 650cc injectors running on a TO3 garret HF'ed u will get 15/17 PSI befor the turbo OR injectors are maxed now if u can edit the boost where will the limit be? most stop turbo cars cant run more then 12/15 PSI on stock turbo's cause the turbo and fuel system wont cope with the extra load

and as for turning up boost = faster spool time ill give u a example

say u run ur car on 7 PSI and it hits that at around 6,000 RPM if u up the bost to 15 PSI its gonna hit 7 PSI way befor 6,000 RPM and 15 PSI at about 6,500 RPM so in a sence it spools up quicker but to get to its max power it will take longer but will have way more power in the end

lol this has to be one of the funnyest things i have read on these forums car talk about someone that has never been in a real drag car befor.

REAL drag car's use auto most of the time the only real high powered drag cars that use manuals are modded rotary's due to the fact they have to rev high and spool up befor the launch and i dont think they make good enough parts or box's to suit the motors as a auto

sure the auto's in drag cars are manual shift and only have 2 or 3 gears they are still a auto box with torque converters and such

now im not 100% sure of a Top fuel rail or the other extream drag cars but im 90% sure the box is a auto

hi guys i been out of the LFS seen for a while now just came back and tryed to do some drifting with that set let me know if its any good for 2nd attempt im using

driving force pro 720deg
act lab pedals and shifter no game help IE auto clutch or brake stuff

i wanna make sets that have no damper and no rebound for people that cant drive and are impatiant so i can watch them bounce around the track

i have spent over 20+ hours trying to tune other sets and make my own they allways end up a little snappy on the back end

i been playing lfs since beta and i do have to say the way the game feels has changed quiet a bit and the rwd's are alot easyer on limit driving then they used to be but their still is a small issue with low speed weights and such

i have a 240 hp RWD and i have to say it feels alot like the xrt for on limit driving but it comes alot down to sets for on limit driving most road cars are built to understeer rather then over steer

i still think real driving is easyer then LFS cause u can feel the g's gaining and droping due to loss of grip hence the reason lfs feels slippry u cant feel the g's only through a wheel

if anyone says i use a bad set or no wheel or what ever let me state this first

i use a DFP 720 deg mode act labs shifter act labs pedals no aid's and managed a 1:25:61 on black wood in the XRT

now their is still a few things that BMW M3 mod had over LFS but rember LFS isent about touchy race cars fully tuned for racing lfs has allways had a feeling of slowness to it even the GTR cars feel slow and sloppy but if u check ur g's and corner speed u will realize that u are going pritty quick and the response u get from the FFB is the best out of any sim

so theirs my 2 cents

lol im not that slow i got replays and stuff that i can submit im currently holding the Australian Record for XR Turbo Black wood forwards with 1:25:49 at LFSworld.com even though i know their is faster people out their im still learning the GTR cars and F08

hi im a casual racer from australia i beleave im ok a racing just got to get used to the GTR cars only played S2 for 2 days and want to join a league i prefer RWD then FWD cars any australian leagues out their?
