basicly what the rpm limiter is doing, its tuning off the ignition (press "i" in the game). in this way the engine wont rev anymore.

so when you over rev. you will clearly hear the engine turning down ( ignition off)

Edit: this is because its a un-official add-on. for lfs.there is no official rpm limiter is lfs anymore.

at motorracing (bike) i dont really know people with out legs. of example if you drive on a bike with out you legs on the bike, the bike just feels unstable...
i doubt you really wanna drive with out a leg on a bike.

Lets just hope rossi will recover. and it doesnt reallly care how long it takes. This season is lost anyways

i think here steps the 3 weeks work in. (even know in rTractor world this is a great mod) its not good enough in lfs. The standard in lfs is allso way higher then in rTractor. There still is no mod that handles better then lfs.

as far as i can see from the Rtractor devs they are also have a hard time with the tyre / sup physics. they started working on it back in 2006!!!. so in my eyes is lfs still 2 years ahead.

Hey, its nice that you are trying, i would only have post just a bit different.

First off all, About your first attempt, the Truck racing was really some thing, something that is not here yet, it would have been great, but i do belief that there is a good reason why its not in a sim (*yet). (im not counting rTractor)

Like you said in you posts, the dev though about it and saw some big problems coming up.

Like all of us know, Scawen some how accepted the sirrocco, we should not miss that fact that this is actually the first production car, coming too lfs. the first car that people can buy and compare. and now that Rockingham is announced they can compare it even more. This means that the car / Sim needs to me as realistic as possible. and like we all know this is costing time.

If the devs did decide to introduce a Truck in lfs they would need too work even longer to get it realistic. because its something that has never been done before.

About the Skoda Fabia RS, to me this sound logic why they turn the Fabia down. because its not some thing "New". Every single car that has been introducesed to lfs, is something new. a different type of car. think about BF1, FBM, MRT, XFR, and so on.

The only car where you can say that its a look like, or close to an other car, is the Sirocco, but that already taking a hard time to get it realistic.

hey,, you are indeed correct that its not working. i made a quick look in to it , but i got no idea.

i tested some JavaScript but it doesn't look like the trouble is in there. i think it has got to do with the multi-touch safari tools. i know that messed up more sites.

i do agree with a part of you post. but just to make it clear. lately i been doing some lfs racing again. with again i mean every day and not 1 or 2 times a week . its getting more fun again. more online races. its only that you are seeing new people. people with only 25k km on the clock. but its getting fun because they do learn more and more how racing works.

Hey, i think there is something what is going wrong here. if you wanna go kart there is ( like real racing ) one main question.

Endurance or sprint racing.

Endurance karts are most likely 4 stroke. they will last a bit longer. but you need oil refreshed ever time around. and lots more.

if you are going to do sprint racing or just testing stuff. most people will advice you 2 stoke, just because there are so many part and people driving it.

for some years ago i had a 125cc rotax max senior. just because it was having a very low running cost. i was driving every week. just testing and sometimes a local club race. after 1 year i got a new cylinder and drove for an other 5 months with it. ( then i sold it, but i know the engine is still running)

basically the only thing i needed was fuel , 2stroke oil and tires.

p.s: the testing i always did was 30 min sessions , so when i was there in the morning, i started with 30min , then 30 min break, on other 30 min, 30 min break again ( it was mainly because of the rules on the local track ).

ey, i believe this is where lfs is so good, you have many settings what will people allow to make it run good on every sort of machine.

im sure that at somepoint, lfs will use more cpu and stuff. but it should still be running on a slightly outdated pc. ( a duo-core or something)

I know that php is pritty flexible, but i guess that C++ or C-Sharp is even more flexible, going in to a big project i would like to ask you to have a very good think about it. and when you really what to invent/ discover a steering wheel again i would go with php

Na im only say thing ,because i will be a shame that 1 year in the project that you are hoping that you got with some other language.

(Maybe a good questions too ask on dygear, have you seen any limitation in the php coding yet, and are you up for sharing it)

Look im not a Big cruise guy, im here for the racing, but once ever 1/2 year i go on a cruise server. i heard that some other people are cruising more often.

So what is the problem with him promoting a cruise server. i found it good that they are around. even i dont use them (often).

Anyhow, if you can get it working out, ill hope in the server sooner or later, just get the work going diego14br, nice afford you are doing
