I think, every person has a perspective of "good guitar player", its a subjective thing on many aspects. To chose the "best" its needed to determine the criteria of being "best", but this is useless and needless.
Its matter of sense, feeling or let say, music is related the current state of mind. It is also closely related to what you "find" in those specific music, a reflection of our life, our happiness or sadness...i think like that.
Here is my short list;
*Darrell Lance Abbott - a.k.a Dimebag Darrell (R.I.P) (hard to describe him, its been nearly four years that we lost him but still cant see anyone play like him. A great loss...no need to words just listen "This Love", "Cowboys From Hell" and "Cemetary Gates" if you already not...
*Marty Friedman (superb emotional solos i.e: "Trust", "Night")
*John Petrucci (plays like a machine i.e:"Home" in fact any of Dream Theater song)
*Jason Becker (he was played Paganini on guitar before he diagnosed unfortunate illness called Amyotrophic Lateral Sclorosis.
"Altitudes" and "Air" are my favorites, "Higher" is very beautiful but also a sad song imo)
*Steve Vai (its fun and full of surprises, i.e: "Juice" and "For The Love Of God")
*Yngwie Malmsteen (sometimes its bored but he is awesome on baroc style, i.e:any of his songs)
*Joe Satriani (never bored me, my favorite Satriani song is: "The Forgotten (Part Two)" )
*Timo Tolkki (former Stratovarius member, I like his style. i.e:"Black Diamond", "Kiss of Judas")
list goes.....

But, I think the tune is still not finished.
Generally I look for three parts in music; let say "intro-middle-final".
Karol, your tune's have intro part, its good I like it. I think you need to create the "middle and final" parts.
And the levels; a big bravo from me to you. It is nowhere to compare with your first tune (at early posts). Quality is better than first one.
And finally, dont expect too much from the community here, many of them may not understand how you work how difficult to make those ideas real etc. no broken hearts, dont forget.

FES is look like a really bored man's project. Just throw a silly idea and let the others prove its not real. Simple and funny way to waste the time. There is nothing to do, no need to go there and try to prove something opposite to their concept, because they are there not to learn but have fun IMO.
I suggest to remove everything attached to Main Board than check visually if there is damage signs like crack etc. on board and also items attached to it.
Pay attention to the heavy components located on the board like cpu. (use a strong light source).
If there are no damage signs on the components, re-assemble everything you remove except extra peripherals. I mean, do not attach things that not necessary for running the pc.
Start the pc, and take note if there are beep code etc.
Post here your results if its not working (its better carefully note every symptoms to help diagnostics)

Note: Its also better to have spare PSU around, sometimes they may look functional but actually they dont.

Max FFB is a thing normally you can do with your wheel. Im sure 100% FFB is in design criteria of the wheel. However, in general I set that value not much than 25% (for my own comfort). On the other hand, I think maxxed ffb would reduce wheel overall life because of more stress. Sure it depends the build quality.

When you touch the sensor with tip of your screw driver, wheel & pedals moves? its weird since pedals have not got a drive motor afaik.
Well at least the drive motor in the case is seem ok.
Another interesting thing is the sensor is there to not send signal to wheel motor but receive and process the wheel movement to digital signal via IR leds. Maybe there is one or more crack lead on the card, or as you pointed, maybe the controller chip is not working properly.
You can check if there is lead crack somewhere on card; Remove the card entirely, clean it with mild soap & brush than cleanse with running water, immediately dry it completely with hair dryer than check. I suggest use magnifying glass and strong light source.
If its the chip, most economic solution I guess look for a identical wheel set to obtain a card in working condition. Who knows maybe you can find second hand card seller or something in your area or on the net.
At the moment, I cant think anything else but above, maybe other guys have other opinions.

LFS is a thing that everyone must have taste before death.Im planning to make some LFS stickers for my car's front / rear window.
Ppl dying while trying to do something irl what we all doing regularly at multiplayer mode.
I was speed addicted, I had a old mercedes 230.6 (w115) and almost killed myself while trying take a curve in hi speed (entering wrongly).
I think LFS's "educational" side is important as its fun side.
Broken thumb is better than broken head isnt it?

If its work/move (in game) but in absurd way, maybe the problem is your encoder (mounted in wheel case).
Encoder is like a disc with holes in it. Its same with mouse encoder (old "ball" type), you may check here to see what is look like (3 & 4).
Maybe some dust or dirt prevent it to do its job.
If your guarantee period is over, I think its worth to check inside the wheel case if everything looks fit before throw it.

Hi, I downloaded your mp3 and listened.
It sound is like recorded little high, also look like its in state of idea yet, or more like "intro". In the end, It felt like its not finished yet.
I working on these kind of home recording stuff for years in amateur way, nowadays I use FL, Acid, Soundforge and sometimes Absynth.

@Hankstar; Best wishes for your project, I like the demo songs, sound is quality, nicely produced IMO. I guess you are about the finishing the album recording. I know a little bit about painful last stages of creating a new album from the Turkish band "657" which guitarist/vocalist is my closest friend.
I still remember how he was look like after a recording session, it was a total mess..
