ok kimi forced lewis wide, i see no problem with that both did what that had to do right there, lweis decidedes to go for the safer option and take the run-off, now this is where it gets messy..

lewis take the road and comes out infront of kimi, you can see for your self he backed off, he initialy had 2x the amount of momentum than kimi, so i think lewis did a prety good job to do what he did and not loose him all together, but this is where the FIA gets aa bit nutty...

you show me 1 fia ruling where it outlines the rules on giving a possition back and STILL not gaining an advantage????

so what they are saying here is lewis or the team should have calculated in 3 tenths of a second the speed advantage lewis carried through there and then the angular advantge of cutting the corner, calculate that all together and get the total advantage lewis got, then look in the fia rule book and see how far lewis must drop back to make sure he hasnt got a advantage, ITS IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!! and there is no sutch fia outlining...

the only way i can possibly see lewis could be guilty is if the data shows lewis nailed the throttle again BEFOR the actual possistion was given back, but the fia havent said anying of the like witch would explain all this in 1 sentence..

back to RL i agree there wasnt mutch action on the track but tbh, ive come to expect that with f1...

this is f1 is now, with the pace of developments for each team so money dependant and the DF issues thats all we gona get...

a f1 race now is decided in either

1. the first few corners or laps.
2. pitstops
3. mechanicle failure of some kind, or an off

you never really see a car make a pass in f1 and the other car come back and fight back -/-pass,

the commentators spuw this rubbish that "there's a grate battle going down with alonso and DC" NO THERE AINT! alonso is just destroying his tires trying to get past DC's slower car,

for me honda are the most fun to watch, button and rubens quali pretty close and becasue they have the same car and are both good drivers, you normaly get a half decent battle there but because there team mates they dont really come back at each other and be as brutal as if they wasn't team mates...

i was just happy to see that massa made it even worth watching, if he had not have done that and mclarean had the pace we all thought it would be 58 laps or lewis drive to the line

i just FIA would fix this crap and let us see some battles

i thought it was gona be a sleepy day today,

with hamilton nailing quali massa didnt look to mutch of a threat so i though it would be watching hamilton scoot to the line...

i thought it was grate to see massa nail one down the outside, what a start that was!!! and to be fair massa owned the track frm lap 1, 100% one of his best drives to date, i just couldnt belive it when i saw his engine go up!, and they did turn his engine down not long after hamilton pitted for the tire problem, heikki was catching him at nearly 1.5 sec a lap at some points...

really happy for heikki, not his fault massa'a engine let go, ok he wasnt the quickest guy on track but he held it together and brought it home, really pleased for the guy....

but what about Glock!!!! awsome stuff would have been a brave man to bet him finishing there today and holding off kimi, awsome drive from him...

yea he made it a bit to easy ok granted, but he said his brakes had gone for a burton, now then if he holds the inside to take that corner he needs to slow the car down a lot faster and harder, as to get around the now tighter turn, he had no brakes!....

he knows what lewis is like on the brakes and the state of his own, he didnt have a chance to hold off lewis with the inside line.. if he had of done lewis would have just blitzed him on the outside...

what massa didn't do in my opinion was brake up hamiltons brake zone, basicly he pulled over way to soon, thats where i agree it was weak by massa, NOT that he had taken the left side, lewis would have spat him out there, if he had of held the right a little longer 2 things are possible....

1. lewis pulls left with extra speed and drafting boots (but massa intends on taking the left anyway) so massa automaticly blocks, then lewis either has to switch right again and gets out of shape and locks up or he has to get out of it quick..

2. lewis holds the right while massa waits till the last possible second to switch left, lewis is carrying a lot more speed and has passed his braking zone and locks up all the way to apex, then its down to a drag race off the apex but massa is carrying a lot more speed....

but i dont think massa made the wrong move going left, he really would have looked a fool if he stopped right and went for the tighter apex..

every transmision is monitered its against regulations... if the team did send anything (not even confermed) it would be somthing like "hikki lewis is comming up and running 1 sec faster" and no matter what you ass hats say its hikki's decission to let him go/make it easy, lewis wasnt even expecting it.. if it was planned it would have gone a bit smoother than that...

this one i PARTIALY agree he did make it a bit to easy, but we are all here cus we race either in RL or online, NOW call me a dunce here, but if i was tied at the top of the championship half way through the season, and in this race i know my car aint gona blitz the pack plus i was getting problems with the tires and brakes i really wouldnt want to get into a slip and slide tangle with a car lapping way faster than me with fresh boots on!, its a thing called damage limitation, massa was never gona hold lewis back, LH was on a rampage while massa was strugling to get a decent lap in, you seem to think that massa should have defended as if his life depended on it!! and if they did come together then hey so what the !2! cars would be out ????????????? its not writen in stone that if 2 cars meet they BOTH go out, massa could have defended met with LH and ended up in the wall with 0 points to show for it and lewis goes scampering off in to the wild blue, then you would all be nailing massa for a dumb ass move!! personly i think it was a clever move from massa (if it was meant) not to tangle with lewis, and if that was me i would be happy just like he was today.. at least lewis is in touching distance and the reds found it hard going today, but no lewis passes someone and there is somthing behind it, well ya right its called thinking!!...

massa gets a lot of stick imo, last race everyone was sqeeling about his performance, massa is quick and can handle a F1 car , anyone that knows anything about car setup could see as plain as day the car was fubar...
in his interview all he kept saying was "i dont understand" everyone took it as "i was dribbling in my helmet all the way round and making farting noises" it was the car he didint understand, you saw him as time went on leaving the gas untill the car was dead strait and the thing still bit him... make no mistake massa is one of the top drivers...

i hope honda keep button and rubbens and im over the moon that ross brawn is now at honda, and i think that next year will be a LOT diferent maybe not challenging but close to it, im really looking farward to see that unfold...

for its renault that look doomed... unless alonso turns round and says lets get stuck in and sign me up for 3 years and lets get back to wining ways (witch i dont see) renault look screwed big time, i think next year they wil be keeping force india happy unless alonso stays, witch in my opinion would be alsono's best bet, i wouldnt go to farrari for a pension.....

nice job by lewis, mclarean seem to have the edge here although im not sure i liked how lewis's car seemed to today seemed a bit twitchy to me, so may not be as strong in the race... hikki's car seemed great looked like it was on rails round there... think massa might cause em some strife on race day ....

kimi has got a job to do and if anyone can he can... i love to see kimi a few places back on the grid, it just seems to light is fire...
