Quote from JJ72 :Just imagine the corner cutting mayhem online.

There could be some system in the game which limits the speed of the car if a player cuts a corner, like in nfs shift. I'd actually like to see something similar to that in GT5.

Quote from Boris Lozac :blah blah blah.... it's not 950+ cars, it's 200 cars, and 800 scraps from previous games.... blah blah

Did they say 950+ premium cars? I thought not. 'standard' cars are still cars, regardless of how much detail they have.

Kaz was taking in some racing events. One was in a JDM Civic, and the more recent one was in a white IS-F.

Don't start hatin over a minor thing they couldn't include in the game. Besides, the lighting/track detail is leaving Forza (or any other console racing game) way behind.

Well PD have decided they don't want to do interiors for 800 cars. There is nothing we can do, so we shouldn't care. Moaning won't make a difference.

This, but the 3rd option too.

Pfft, I don't care about interior views. I just care about getting cars which look and feel similar to the real version. I don't even use cockpit view anyway. I hope PD don't waste time and make interior views for 800 cars.

Roll on November 2nd! (or w/e release dates it is over here...)

Quote from Klutch :My god you people are picky.

Gotta agree with this. If you don't like it, don't get it, simples.

I actually thought the part with the blue Evo and red STI on the TG track was a Top Gear episode. So damn realistic!

Roll on november!

Yeah, cheap fast cars you can live with without it bursting into flames every day. The TT isn't an exotic car anyway.

Quote from NitroNitrous :[part about it not being about tuning]
[physics complaints]

Well there is a demo showing the in-game gameplay. Should hopefully feel like burnout paradise, but the cars slightly heavier. (which was good physics wise)

The HUD also looks sleek.

EDIT: found out there is at least one tuner: the Audi TT RS. I'm happy now. :P

No tuners.

BUT the fact the it is being made the Criterion games and looks like Burnout Paradise with real cars makes up for it! Only problem is the fact so many racing games are coming out at the end of the year. Hope the release date doesn't clash with GT5 though.

Quote from Mustafur :ahhh looks like the Q7 is going to be the only SUV or maybe there just hiding the rest from everyone.

Somewhere in the trailer, there was a ML63 AMG. It was racing with the Q7 V12 TDI's up the dirt trail.

Quote from brandons48 :What's this then?

The 14th (sorry if that isn't the correct number, there have been so many I have lost track!) nfs is the one which is being developed by Criterion games. If they can bring out fun racing games such as Burnout, surely they can't mess this one up.

E3 trailer. The attention to detail, to both the cars and islands, are great! The cops are back, lets hope they have been improved from the first game.

Seems like the 170 premium cars are race cars and supercars. Can't wait to see GT5 at E3. Got 3 other games to keep track of: NFS 14, TDU2 and Motorstorm Apocalypse.

Quote from FireMike15 :Totally agree. Devs only should modifiy our current cars, that would be okay. I dont need any real cars.

Totally agree. from the cars we have now, the devs could make about 50 variations of the current lfs cars. There could be more powerful road cars, n/a versions of the TBO-class cars, stripped out/rally based road cars, diesels and even hybrids. we don't need all new cars which take forever to make.

The number plate must be worth more than the car!

In LFS I'm mainly a cruiser, sometimes a dd racer and drifter, but racing in LFS is not my kinda thing. Some racers can get angry on the smallest things such as a little bumper tap. Their attitudes drove me off those servers.

Quote from brandons48 :I reckon it's dying because so many people are just stuck on the demo. Or they've cracked the game (Which is illegal - Don't get ideas you scum.) Which would mean that the devs aren't getting the money from ALL the people that play

If they were not making enough money from S2, wouldn't the devs release S3? I'm sure most of us here wouldn't mind paying a few bucks for some new content.
