Quote from tristancliffe :Yes, the same applies in the FBM. The default view is too high as well. Sadly, most people want to make the game easier, not a closer representation of reality.

Well, for me at least, i really cant stand this low "seat(?)" position. As i discovered the customized view option, i really enjoy the single seaters.

Quote from Migz :Hmm, but i thought the planets were moving extremely fast? Not extremely slow?

Thats pretty the same with a car moving close to you seems fast, but a car further away seems slow.

If there was no gravity, you would get crushed even without leaving the ground. I guess.
If you are still in the atmosphere

You mean the boarder from the gauges? If so, yeah, would be nice if you see them also out of the pits.

Quote from BenjiMC :well i always thought the locking percentage to be how close to a locked diff it becomes on the given circumstances, i.e. power or coast. And as i understand it locked diffs spin the inside wheel more. The whole point in a diff is to allow the inner wheel to be slower than the outer wheel to reduce spinning. If they are both locked together then the inner wheel will spin too fast and lose grip. So the higher your locking factor the more likely that your going to lose inside wheel grip. I'm pretty sure thats how it works.

It's just the other way 'round.
A locked diff keeps both wheels at the same speed locked. In corners you get rather understeer. A open diff allows both wheels to spin indepentently.

Umm.... just because it looks like a Porsche, it does not have to be based on one.
I'd rather see a FZ5 with less weight, and/or tires with more grip. (something between slicks and road tyres)

But i like the way it is now, too.

If you buy S1 you will pay 24dollars. One time.
But one thing should be said: there are like no server for S1.
