If you want to bring the normals on a good temperature, you have to lower the pressure A LOT. (less high speed)
Hybrids usually go with more pressure, are sooner on optimum temperature

I also made the expirience, first time i saw bomb launches (at youtube), i didnt know if i want to see it beautiful, or awful. I decided for both.
But instead of beautiful, you can say fascinating.

Does somebody know, how i can play the demo of rFactor again? The 60 minutes have ran out and i was playing with an old graphics card, wich sucked. Recently i got a new graphics card and want to know if rFactor runs properly, since my processor is still old.

I like a lil softer setups,but in my opinion that is a little too soft, giving especially at the S-chicane at blackwood a lil spongy(?) feeling and oversteer. Besides that, its a setup you can race with.
edit: i just tested the XRT set, anyway.

Maybe each "level" presents like 5 celsius and each shift heats it up for about 4,894563452 celsius? Just take the numbers as example.

Also note that setups you probably use, have race-car-like gear-ratios, making it hard to spin from stop-n-go. If you need wheelspinzors, make the first gear shorter. A lot.
