I upgraded from 5750 to 6850 but now my cpu is bottlenecking me . Going to get a whole new comp after summer I guess. My Asus Radeon HD only cost me like 60€ (2nd hand) and is good enough for me for now.

Basicly I use 2 views, same for all non formula cars and same for all formula cars : ) Mrt is the only "formula" that I don't use above helmet view.

Also 1400x1050 resolution on a 24" Full HD 16:9 screen. It stretches the picture so the track seems wider for me and makes it easier to drive for my brain

Have to say that laptime on bl1 fo8 on mouse is pretty neat

I've used 10.00 for all cars for a year or two and I do not have that big problems with most cars, I just adapt my driving style for it. Doesn't work that well in racing but atleast seems to do the trick for hotlapping

No way that SpdoFade were using any kind of collision mods watching that replay. Also I don't think Ronus were using any either. Yes, it looked kind of odd that he went through the tyres and they didn't even move.. Might be a bug though.

After watching a ton of videos about iRacing and reading threads about it from the internet, I start to appreciate and love LFS more and more, iRacing seems like a ****ing arcade with neat graphics, but it seems like you can play it with a low-end pc too, so I bet not many of the cpu/gpu power will actually go towards calculating the physics... It looks like it's impossible to spin any car in that GAME unless you hit the grass. Also if you hit a wall there your car can fly anywhere, even 359253kmh backwards...

So, what I love about LFS then? It's cheap compared to what you get, think about paying 15 bucks for a track and 12 bucks per car in LFS.. believe me, LFS is cheap. Also it's only one time payment. You can play LFS with low-end pc, it has decent graphics, good variation of cars, very good set-up stuff and rather nice internet community altough there are some wankers even in this very forums ruining it.

And sorry, it's impossible to say it in one sentence .

I wanna bump up this thread by saying hardest TRACK for me is hands down AS4R, god damn those chicanes with fast cars.
