You'll have to drop graphic settings drasticly to get constant 90 fps on newer games @ higher resolution. 970 is just recommended so it's propably for med-high settings. Gonna need SLI for high-ultra.
I don't have a 120hz monitor but I've needed frame limit on some games (sims cough cough thousands of fps in loading screens making GPU's fry) and I don't like that the Nivida inspector doesn't seem to save these settings and you seem to have to turn the fps limits on every time when you boot your pc etc. Atleast that's how it worked for me.
It's funny when people complain this game needs higher graphics and no one has an ancient computer anymore that can't run games at higher graphics settings, then everyone is complaining when Westhill is a little bit heavier track.. Oh well
well thanks, but none of us have complained about graphics! as i see you pointing it at us!!
Not necessarily. There has been a lot of people complaining about graphics for a while now, but atleast now they have some proof that not everyone has a super computer. I am not trying to offend anyone here.

I am still happily waiting whilst playing other games. Keep up the work, I don't mind if it never gets released. The game is already great fun and I've propably spent way too many hours in it.
So, still a few weeks before the Westhill version goes into public testing, but it's all going well. Thanks for your patience and we look forward to releasing it!
It's a shame people now start to think i don't care. I've always cared, but since LFS's income got so low due to inactivity I had to find another full time job which is keeping me extremely busy these days, leaving very little time left for LFS. And I also want to spent some of my free time as actual free time every now and then, otherwise what's the point of life?
Don't worry, some of us understand. Good work as always.
S2 hotlaps aren't really working since this update happened. After uploading a time it just says my lap wasn't valid and will be removed soon? I didn't have problems like this at the beginning of this week
Are you doing hotlaps with a test patch? LFSW hasn't been touched.
Not a test patch, I did hotlaps with exactly same version, car, track, setup etc. earlier this week and uploaded times no problem. Now LFSW just doesn't want to make RAF files of my hotlaps and complains that the lap is invalid. Also heard some people having issues uploading skins to LFSW today.
Could you try uploading it or checking again? Victor seems to have fixed the issue.

EDIT: Alright, it suddenly started working now. Same with skins apparently.
