Search for prgrams that tunnel connections through http. I know they exist since I've heard them mentioned before but I've never had the need to use them so never looked into them myself.
I haven't remodelled the glass and it looks fine by me. I'm using a vraylightmtl for the reflection pane and the glass material is just refraction on grey and reflection on pure white. Here's quick render of a plain black car using GI.
The wheels have the nicest material of the whole scene. The galss looks like it's missing and the skin looks very weird, perhaps a little too dark. Might need to turn up the skylight or play with lights. VRay lights are excellent and you won't even have to use a reflection pane.
I just joined a W23 server and when speccing someone in an FZR their handicap said 100kg even though in the pits it says the handicap is only 80kg. The XRR handicap was 40kg while speccing so it was correct.
Love the first one screenie there, thanks for the pack. You should include a readme saying these are your layouts or something so people can credit them and know who made them.
20mins qualifying and 3 races = qualifying position, reverse grid, reverse grid. Rounds 20 minutes each, however many laps that equals on that combo. So you get1 hour of racing all up plus qualifying.
Then as tweak suggested have an endurance race every few rounds. Perhaps at first only 1 hour long without driver swaps and make the final race 4 hours long and an enduro with driver swaps.
Best way would be to get an S2 licence and connect to the server then stream a live feed using something like sopcast with commentary over the top. If you're not doing it live then the best way would be to capture the action into a movie and add commentary.
To fix the white areas edit the RB_interior2.dds file and colour in the black box that's white with a dark grey, eg RGB 25-25-25. Then it'll look the part.
Wow some of you need to clam down. He tried to credit it but didn't know who the original creator was so there's no way he could ask for permission either. He obviously likes the layout enough to drive it and has to modify it slightly to run on his machine. Nothing wrong with that imo.
The reason is I like to see how the qualifying is going and most servers I join have qualifing on and I like to practice in qualifying mode. It's just so natural to look up and see the list there without having to press a button to make it visible.
I also think it should be configurable and saved in the config file is because the option to see either fps or the time is also configurable and I think that's what makes it great. These little things that we can set just the way we like them, it can please everyone by them setting it the way they want. The default setting could be auto, but the option to save it to always on or off would be great too. If it's not going to be able to be saved in the cfg then atleast have it always on as default.
