why would you want to disable a patch? surely they all improve the game and build up on the last one?

i actually enjoy parking up and chatting at the end. after all the serious business of racing it gives you a chance to relax and mess about for a few mins before the next race starts. people seem to be alot more friendly in the next race.

apologies if this has already been said before but heres a list of things i would like to see. i think this is an excellent idea and has lots of potential but only if its done correctly. i think it should have;

race series results (making them easier to follow),
driver changes, and possible interviews?,
a general how-to/guide article in each edition,
a few nice new skins to showcase maybe/sets to try,
more central coverage on updates and anything that scawen mentions he will be doing,

ill probableys think of more once ive posted this :P

i also think it should be in pdf form and emailed to subscribers.

anythin that moves the advantage from good drivers to good cars is bad for LFS. -2 (my cat thinks its a bad idea also).

-1. i really hate this idea. skins are ok because some are generally good but you can just ignore them anyways so they arent distracting. sounds would be extremely irritating. i also think the custom horn option should be removed. those who find it funny to make that duck sound on the start line are so annoying.

+1 for this and i dont have a G25 i have a momo. i think it will make you a better driver by relying more on the sound of the engine.

just adjust 1st gear ratio to 48mph.

why cant you just accept that people already know what drifting is and whats its about yet do not want to respect it. i respect the skill involved as i tried it and saw just how difficult it is yet i do not respect drifting as a form of racing.

if drifters want to be taken seriously then they really need to do alot of work. somehow i just dont think the art (and it is an art) of sliding a car around a corner when its not supposed to can ever be a respectable sport. the whole drifting scene annoys me, drifters attitude annoys me, the way they make a car do what it was designed not to do annoys me, the fact that its purely subjective annoys me.

its also subjective, not like real racing where the winner is clearly the winner (unless they come within less than a thousands of a second together lol)

just avoid him. if hes a regular then chances are people will already be aware of his antics.

i just got a 22" LG today. after using my 19" it makes a big difference. absolutly love it. for those not sure to upgrade it really IS worth it. best thing ive bought so far racing sim wise. highly recommend this size.

I usually go for the inside if I can, that's my plan as i'm sitting on the grid. As I approach the braking zone I may have switched that plan, but once i've decided that's it, i'll stick to it, and that's the most important point of what line to chose. i study Psychology at university and i can tell you now the mind IS like a muscle. the more you work it, doesnt necessarily matter how you do this, it will get stronger. is it no wonder that a doctor of music can be just as intelligent as a doctor of medicine? no its not. people use the information constructs that they aquire in life to understand new material. understanding the material ive mentioned will help you grasp other concepts such especially maths and physics.

racing is just too expensive unless you are mega wealthy parents. if i was to go racing id never do the cheap banger racing or grasstracking rubbish. it would have to be a track, no-contact type racing - which is just too costly.

i still havent been round a race track even though the sign for Croft circuit is visible from my house and says 5 miles lol. one day i will but for now id prefer to keep my hard earned money.
