I can see where this might head....

Someone asking scawen to just remove the reset functionality once u hit the 444mph mark....AND THEN

Someone is bound to start complaining this is a sim so why the hell are we just able to get to those rediculous speeds regardless of the effects once the speed of light(:razz is reached.

How about getting your speed near that mark then get the brakes on and keep the car on the track and finish the lap...should make an interesting replay.

My 5 cents
tis sad

Guys i have continual struggle with my connection to the Danish Racing Cup server so im gonna give up my slot.

I have finished peoples races barely before they even got away from the line and decided that was it, id rather someone else took my place and racing was better.

Plus i have tremendous struggle overtaking a car that changes positions from left to right every few tenths of a second

Enjoy the rest of the cup guys and good luck!

Thoroughly enjoyed my introduction to the drifting scene.

Thought the remarks that we got for our attempts were informative and constructive.

I also agree maybe another session be added where racers/wannabe drifters will be split up. Apart from the occasional long wait for an exercise to commence and useless posts for humours sake i believe the session was a success and can only get better.

I look forward to the next RTDC session

GOOD WORK GUYS

Its not like LFS is expensive, for what it is i really think it's underpriced(devs dont read this).

Secondly what are u gonna charge the guy, less than what u paid?? Why then? Ure getting stuff all and also its not like ure LFS account depreciates in value over time.

Yeah was a good read
If all those principles were put into place racing would be...lets just say very different to how it is now
Speaking of close racing and giving other racers room where its needed Fordman and I had a brilliant race last night on So Sprint 1 with the XFG.
Was neck and neck racing which was most enjoyable with zero bumping or collisions

Heart was racing a little at the end too

Everytime i join servers where i find clean fast racing il add the racers who i see as great people to fight with, therefore using my buddies list more as a good race search.

I havent raced RC in bout 1 and a half years but used to be very seriously involved in it. Used to take part in enduros and occasionally the tamiya cup.
Raced mini's, stock 4wrd and super stock(17 turns) all these were tamiya
And had my favourite, my Yokoma YR4M2 Type J with a 9 turn triple....fooked off like there was no tomorow!

Should get back into it cause iv invested so much into it its just not worth selling.

Quote from FPVaaron :I was in a server every one was driving xfg's

I wouldnt really call this racing...but thats me im not a drifter. Maybe the correct thing to of done was to of said "hey guys....look at me..." then do it.

But thats my 2 cents

Right to start off here. I live in South Africa...
We have one ISP, Telkom.....which most often than not is known as telscum or hellcom...
The service s beyond pathetic, its a joke. I have an ADSL service that is meant to be a 512kb line but even locally i dont get more than 80kb when im lucky...international is the biggest laugh. Any link will start at around the 70kb/s mark and work its way down to easily below 10....sometimes even 5. Now we do complain but there is nothing that gets done seeing as though they are horrendously over priced, partly owned by government who are loving there lives and dont have our concerns at heart.

To get to the topic, i try to race during the day but i get bad lag and disconnections left right and center but at night is my best chance.

I guess these problems would of been fixed as another ISP was introduced a few weeks ago but alas....I STILL LAG!
