Its all sound, if you like the sound, thats nice. If you don't like the sound, thats a shame. People get too obsessed with whatever meanings they think the sound conveys, and the way in which it is conveyed, rap is still sound conveying a message and IMO that makes it as much a form of music as anything.

I approach sim racing and road driving with completely different frames of mind, so I don't know how sim racing could effect my road driving to any great extent.

Shame Formula 1 is now essentially 'canned racing'.
Because the internet is the final frontier, its the last space left that humans can't control short of trying to shut it off completely, although governments are having a good go.
Cadillac do make some of the better looking US cars, not so much of the excessive chrome you get on some recent US ford models, can't help think theres a slight hint of Vauxhall Vectra about it though, its the shape of the grille I suppose. 
Perhaps the left side pipe exits rearwards as normal, and the right side one is ducted forward. Although how much of an effect having exhaust pipes of quite different lengths has on engine performance I don't know.
Probrably not too comfortable for the driver too.
