Nice, but shouldn't those be "Guru" cards instead of just "Blackwood"
Now I gotta drag out my old Commodore 64 and enjoy the nostalgia.
i always loved the "disc-error" sound (flipflipflip-rrrrrrrrrr-rrrrrrrrr) on the old c-64 disc drive.
but hated the looooong loading times...

Nah, the long loading times were great! Set the fudge box 1541 whirring away and you could sneak in a quick ciggie before you went to play Turrican. Hit PLAY on the datasette and you'd have time to watch The Fall Guy, make a sandwich, read (and summarise) a couple of chapters of Dostoevsky before Phantoms of the Asteroid was ready...
made this long time ago. Though this is more like a port for Super Nintendo or something.

What a great device that was. One of the only bits of gadgetry I've ever owned that really responded to threats and violence

and Turrican! yay, so cool. I'm such a sucker for nostalgia
Turrican - I could still happily play that sucker for hours
Any change the orignal poster meant to port LFS to X64?
no

Quote from Krane :When is LFS going to be ported for ENIAC!?!!!!!11

Port LFS to ABACUS!!!
Good ol C64 still got all my c64 stuff.
Quote from Greboth :HAHA! the good old days, lfs on them would be funny

No it wouldn't. I used to wait 30 minutes for one of my games to load, then I'd die and have to load the whole damn game again. Major suckass! Though pirating games was more fun back then, you'd go deaf if you forgot to turn off the volume on your hi-fi xD
thus the idea to hook your c-64 (or equivalent) to your stereo... pfff.
the artist these days had no idea of the sub-woofer invention i guess.
After listening to some good old tracks (*.sid) via winamp-plug, i got into some trouble over "deep" disturbing noise with one of my neighbors...

(was having a shower at the time, so i didn't realize there was a song looping for fifteen minutes (boulderdash), so he had a point (the neighbor))

regards
I heard a rumor, some swedish dev team has ported LFS for PlayStation One!

edit: yeah, i know, it sucks
