like i said i made my nikko while driving on the course on d1gp. i didnt build it off of some cartoon drawing.

if you honestly say my layouts are worse then youve never seen the real tracks. i built my nikko layout while driving on the track on d1gp for ps2. there is nothing wrong with it other than it needs a bit more space to be full size. i have no idea how you came up with your nikko track lol.

here i have attached some pics of the layouts i have made. in the meihan sportsland pics just follow the skid marks for c course. i also already made tsukuba and have included pics of it. all of them could be a bit better and arent 100% exact but they are very close. nikko needs a bit more room...

well i didnt use 512 but i used 510 . i was in a little bit of a rush and pretty tired when i made it. maybe ill go through and put the extra effort into fixing it up a bit. i never play cops and robbers so the layout means nothing to me. i only made it for others to play on.

hey guys i made a city to play cops and robbers in. its basically a highway going all through town with offramps to go to different parts of the city and onramps to get back on the freeway. theres 3 parking lots with one chosen as the police station marked with the letter P. feel free to change the parking lots or do whatever you wish with them. take a look at the pics and if you like it then download it and go ahead and host it whenever you like.

ok well maybe im stupdi but it looks liek a direct insult to drifters. i know that theres lots of people out there that would love to learn how to drift but cant on their own. so i would like to help them. its as simple as that. and have fun learning from slippery ai sets that just turn and get sideways. that isnt even close to what drifting is man..... stick to racing....

then gunn you obviously dont know how drifting became so popular. it became popular from people racing up and down the touges of japan and began sliding more and more like i have already said..... it went ot a point to where they were just sliding constantly. that is how drifting became so popular in japan. japan then made a competition out of it and sent it all over the world into the mainstream sport it is now.

and as for this retarded sgt fellow. you have gotta be one of the stupidest people on this forum... by far. of course the god dman mountains werent made or racing are you nuts? when i say touge i dont just mean mountain road i use it in reference to mountain racing. why the hell do i even bother with you complete morons. i cant believe how stupid some people are. it really does amaze me. unbelievable..... im tired of trying to talk sense into everyone who thinks they know what theyre talking about and refuse to listen to anything but that.

well i havent played gran turismo 4 in a real long time but off the top of my head i will never forget deep forest raceway or trial mountain. and ONCE again. touge RACING is meant to be RACED. drifting is just really fun to do in the mountains which is why i personally want it but i will definitely be racing on the tracks too if we get them. this is not a drifting request its just a track request for everyone... and no none of you ever said that you refuse to acknowledge drifting but ive noticed that most people on this forum do and with your attitude of drifting doesnt deserve anything i get the feeling that you are like this too. but ONCE again, TOUGE IS MEANT TO BE RACED. this is not by any means a drifting request. i dont wanna say it again. the guy who started this thread does not know anything about touge and just watches initial d which is why he named it mountain drifting.

no the problem isnt us drifters its you close minded racers that refuse to acknowledge drifting as anything but a performance and for show purposes only. and of course cars were meant for transportation at first but then people started racing them. people were racing cars as early as the 20s...... do you really think manufacturers make sports cars only for the tracks? why are they street legal then? do you think its possible for everyone to go to a track just whenever? i dont know where your from but in the united states and in california pretty much every single race track is booked 6-8 months in advance and can only be driven on during events. may that be a car club event or some other organized event. people cant just go to a race track when they feel like it which is why people race on the touges here.

i am not asking for touges strictly for drifting. in past threads about this many many many racers also agreed that mountain roads would be a great addition because they would be for everyone. 95% of touge is racing and very very little drifting. just back in the 70s and 80s when cars didnt handle as good as they do now drifting was faster because you could keep the RPMs up. drifting can still be faster in this way but it is now mainly done for the excitement of sliding constantly almost like rally racing. doing it on a mountain road just hugely adds to the excitement which is why people still choose to drift.

can anyone tell me why this is a bad idea in any way? are there any negative things to come from these tracks? i am fully aware of how hard our lfs devs are working and it is very greatly appreciated by everyone which is why i said as soon as possible not something like make it right now or something. maybe when s3 comes out we can have some touges in it but the sooner the better. id still love to hear some reasons why we shouldnt have these tracks....

cars were made for the racing enthusiasts to enjoy their cars on twisty roads and the twisty roads are found in the mountains and canyons. touge is what the sports cars are made for and its the birth place of drifting. ever since back in the 50s people have been racing on the mountain and canyon roads in all countrys. touge racing is a lifestyle lived by true enthusiasts and nobody else. touge is a very important aspect of drifting which most people do not understand i guess. in touge racing you try to go as fast as you can and in some of the slower turns people end up sliding to keep the RPMs up so you can launch out the exit faster which is why rally drivers drift a lot. people started going faster and faster and slid more and more until the point where they just kept it sliding which is how drifting came about. but wether your gripping or drifting touge is the most exciting ride youll ever go on in your life. i think they would be a very very good and very much needed addition to LFS... simple as that. PLEASE give us some touges as soon as possible. a WHOLE lot of people would absolutely LOVE them and i dont see why anyone would complain about it.....
