Never mind I plugged in my joypad and now the mouse works as steering and accel/brake........... so have to play with joypad plugged in haha

But nothing happens like it does not detect my mouse? no steering.. no accell or brake.... was this feature removed? My mouse works fine if I select kb/mouse but then I have to use a digital button for accel and brake....

Its driving me up the wall, im sure I am missing something simple?

could be numerous things but hard to help without a mpr file like someone mentioned before. I would bet on slow reactions?, slow clutch? timign gear changes wrong, wrong revs, or you have a setup which is not set for faster starts hard to help without a replay as it could be anything

Im quite gobsmacked at some of the intial posts to this , you can support a political party and only support a few of their idea's (even if some are quite radical). Example would be voting Labour and NOT supporting the troops moving in on Iraq.. Im no BNP supporter but saying "they get what they deserve" is just bigotry. There prolly many doctors and civil workers who have done alot of help.

I seen snippets on the news about some of the people o nthe list getting their cars burned outside their house...ironically turned out to be the neighboors car parked out side who wasnt a BNP supporter...

keeping on track with the thread, its best to find a setup which suits your driving style and also download peoples hotlaps (replays) of the track from www.lfsworld.net. When watching the replays make not of racing line, braking points and what speed to carry through the corners. After lots of practice it will come easier

I dont keep that much up to date with f1 but i was under the impression that the cars were made for speed and agility. From the sound of some of these posts you would rather them make pretty cars which handle people carriers.

Teamspeak or ventrillo is not built into lfs they are seperate applications, If you planning on hosting a ts/ventrillow server its best to look on their website which will usually link you to a dedicated server or client download.

Im not familiar with setting up ts/ventrillow servers though

If you want your ts/ventrillo server public im sure you can post the IP of the server on a join message o nyour server

Personally I think Teamspeak is alot easier to setup while ventrillo has better audio quality once you figure it out

yea give the guy a break, the fact that he comes from a non English speaking country and types this well impresses me.

I also think he is trying to explain bad frames per second or even lag while racing.

Hello, saw that nothing was happening or was moving slow so decised to have a hand at it! Seen I have been beaten to the mark by a nice skin by beefyman666 . Luckly I was working on a different variation though!

Good to hear your ok, how much you reckon it would cost to repair the bike if you did?

actually, I have been on a few servers where it has an insim where the longer you race there the more priority your vote has, also to the point of you being able to kick and ban (temp) with just your vote. An example of this would be the xfg/xrg "Zion" server on demo. It quite a good idea allowing the regulars to boot morons, but also the down side is some may go pwoer mad

LFSn00b if you look at the link he posted it looks like he wants the skins so he can make a render of a scene. Since that other post is in the renders section of the forum. Iv seen many castrol skins and will take a quick look on the forum.

To me the white bit on the front bumper sticks out a bit too much, just blend it with the current theme of black and green. Looks good

Converting them to the XFG would be very easy with the original Photoshop file, and if you did make these im sure you would have no problem doing that your self

I would try what the guy in the above post said . I got the same problem with the G25 pedal when I plugged everything in except the gearstick thing. Once I plugged in the H-shifter gear stick and made it recalibrate all was fine!

Make sure everything is plugged in on the G25 even if you dont plan on using it
