i think this is LOD detail reduction, in game go to options > graphic > user LOD and move slider. Subobiect is too small and its not rendered anymore.

I think we cant because LA is bigger than rest of the maps. I`ve taken screenshots (same settings for all screenshots) of maps and scale it to 2560x2560 (+295%), and that's the result for LA (in attachment).
