File size is not a proof, 'crack' in lfs not change exe file size

Wrong port, you should use 29999 port in insim config (insim port).

Compiled (binary) 1.3.2.0 version from CodePlex archive

Edit: btw in that archive contains binary exe's. In subfolder releases are 10 folders, and there are a files in each of them. Just open that file in some archive extractor (like 7-zip) (or just rename it to "something.zip")

You can change suits by replacing files
SUITB.jpg or SUITG.jpg or SUITR.jpg or SUITS.jpg or SUITX.jpg or SUITO.jpg
in LFS\data\pic folder

And for gloves, you must change
Gloves_A.dds or Gloves_B.dds
in LFS\data\dds folder

Then in Options > Driver you can chose suit you want
