Sometimes not really. If someone use 1.01 (+1%) its really hard to tell if it is hack or lag. And on servers without any insim and with no admins online and kick/ban vote off it can be sometimes really annoying.

We need new patch with updated cheat detection function. Last one was 0.6E (or 0.6B? i dont remember), since then it take max to ~2h after release new patch to see users on servers with hacks.

It's not possible to normally (in game) load such long named layout. It's not even possible to save layout with that long name. Your InSim app crashed your dcon host.

Did you ever tryed using tweak on that maked host (only with /modified=yes)?
You will get oos error, and you will be kicked from server. This /modified=yes flag only make server cpw free, so you will not be banned when you use some old hacks.

Yes. You can connect to it
1. multiplayer > Join specific host > local network > ip: 127.0.0.1 port: this same as you have in setup.cfg pass: your admin pass (/admin=)
or
2. multiplayer > Join specific host > internet > enter your host name and admin pass > connect
or
3. multiplayer > Display list of host > chose your server > connect
(i prefer 1st option)
