Great job Dave keeping up with Dom the whole time, I still miss bit of a pace. Being around 5th place brought me in center of attention, and it was intense indeed.

Tomorrow will be quite tough, like they wrote in the jingle "THE MOST EPIC FIELD EVER!" There will be a second chance for unlucky ones today to still make the A Main race.

Heat 4 with most entries will start in about 15 minutes.

Good luck Dave and Jason jumping back and forth from C6R to XRR tomorrow. Given the times I guess you'll be doing the final MoE stints.

Do join people, it will be fun. Be a part of history.

fps limit on 51, no V-sync, everything else set pretty low (automaticaly set like that), C2D 6550, 1GB RAM, 7300GT, no stuttering anywhere. If I mess with turning off the limit or V-sync on, fps goes about 40-80 and thats quite distracting, and stutters sometimes, so I quit experimenting and just enjoy racing with constant smoothness. Doesn't look too bad either.

I see one welcome change in the new sporting code for which some people had concernes about before. Now it is possible to skip (not buy) one car, that someone maybe don't have interest in, and still be able to earn the next licence in that next car if your SR is over 4.0. If you really want to race Racidal, now you don't have to buy both Skip Barber and Mazda, either of them is enough. Just keep this in mind when you're buying bunch of stuff and really want to save $15.

Excellent stuff guys, this zaplive really works great, especialy on my slow connection. Don't care about low fps, it was more than watchable, more importantly hearable, and commentary during last hour I watched was really good! Looking forward to next streams by you.

A little oversight: XRG and XRT with left hand driver side have speedo on the left side of the dash (placement gets reversed and it shouldn't). Can be seen in screenshot posted here before.

New interiors are awesome! Only little complaint is shift light on XRR which is under the gear number, far from line of sight, not so visible, sometimes obscured by the steering wheel. In XFR it's little better since it stands alone in the dark down there. In FOX it's perfect though, topmost thing, clearly visible without even looking.

What other league offers you the possibilty to advance into highest level, a possibility to have a national league with same rules and conditions as others within the system with ready infrastructure. Admins and drivers have everything on their plate to just join and race, and be a part of a bigger thing and have easier exposure, instead of trying to do the same thing on their own and which would've been separated from other leagues of similar type. Anybody who have tried and did any sort of league, knows how much effort it takes to code the system, make a website, forum, find the sponsors, do the streams (how many do? only 1 or 2 really) etc, deal with drivers and support it continuously for months and months and years. It's a very stressful and often thankless job. Many people did it with various successes, and each one had to do it from scratch. It always bugged me why does it have to be that way, so much effort on many sides is repeated and almost never collaborated to make something bigger and better. esport-racing provided an excellent starting point and platform for many leagues and we took that great opportunity to be in it with Balkan league. People who recognize the effort it takes to make it all possible, and see the concept of it, have no problem handing out the really small fee.

Unfortunately, in last few months Vykos wasn't able to keep up with this demanding work as he has even more demanding things to do besides this. esport-racing is too much dependant on him alone, others can do some things, but not a lot, to keep it going. These current problems however don't change what I said in previous paragraph, and I'm still amazed why do people choose to see only the bad things, and choose to forget what is good and unique here. People (UK in particular) didn't start moaning now, it was the case ever since eTM was first announced.

Clearly this common "there's nothing different here that other leagues don't have" is not true, and I'm only pointing that out. I'm not trying to change people's minds, there are other problems and reasons why would drivers loose the motivation to continue, some of them perfectly natural, or personal. Future doesn't look very good, but I hope as many others do that problems will be solved and that this will continue on.

Quote from Flame CZE :Bug:
1) play MPR replay
2) pause it in any position
3) press SHIFT+U and set Follow car to Yes
4) move the replay slider to any position after the position it is, so move it to the right
Result: some textures will not show

When you move to the left instead to the right, it is OK.
When you don't pause the game (you don't do 2)), it is OK.
It seems to not happen in SPR.

I got the same in Y20, some textures disappear, but as soon as I unpause all textures appear, so I don't see the real problem? It's impossible to be precise anyway when fast forwarding, you always need to tweak the position little more after that and by then all textures will be there for screenshot.

But if it's an easy fix, why not.

A great pleasure racing with so many people that can race well. Great car, great drivers, great fun. I'm glad I stayed until the end as I had a Croatian league race only 12 minutes after, it was well worth it.

One of the funniest passes was lap 3/4 in race 2, got hannu, rc10 and Palluka in one long lucky slipstream, 3 wide on the start finish. But, of course, many many more passes all the time, close and clean racing with occasional bumps, awesome.

Even after the first race signups will stay open, that was also the case in German and Balkan eTMs. Just that obviously after a few races people are less likely to join having missed enough already.

Anyway, nice to see you gathering a decent grid.

Seems like TrackIR with 6 degrees of freedom might be perfect controller for bikes. You've probably seen it in action already: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJxbI3uAXG0

Now just imagine all these moves of your head are actually moving the weight and shape of simulated driver's body and it's done! Tuck in, straighten up, lean left/right, move forward/back, pitch, yaw...

Only thing more that can be done on organization side is a little news article on the site about UK/IRE eTM signups and brief description again. What I have done here was to talk and explain everything about it in our forums and to anyone who I thought might be interested, and started with that long time ago. Everybody thought it's a great and appealing idea as a whole even if it wasn't personally for them, many others surely didn't like the idea of having to pay, but we managed to gathered 11 interested drivers for our first time, and few more that would but just couldn't participate due to other commitments.

This whole system was known more than 6 months ago, it's still the same and same for every national league. Surely many UK people already know everything about it, and except repeating the same things don't know else can be done. Fee is so small even by our lower standards here, and for you is pocket change. Methods of payment could be easily overcame by simple favor from a friend, eg. ask someone you know with a card. Here we usually don't have them but everybody knows someone who does, it's so simple I feel stupid having to explain it. The goal and purpose of different levels of eTMs (and racing GTRs in the first place) is surely not for everyone, but I can't believe you UK people cannot gather even a portion of the people we managed to gather from Balkan countries and much smaller community.

Josh, be brave and start the signup, someone has to be the first.

People shouldn't feel bad about low numbers either. 9 we had is still enough for a race, and atmosphere and sportsmanship in the first BeTM race was actually much better than in leagues with big grid full of bad drivers tbh (and that don't know eachother). People are also happier that chances of scoring points and advancing to relegation are pretty high as well. I'm also happier as an admin since entrance fee is a very nice filter of those who are committed to the league from <insert favorite bad word>, and less incidents to deal with.

Oh and nobody really drives for the prizes anyway. Real prize and motivator is advancement to big league, or have fun trying and improving, or just have fun racing. Really it started very nice in BeTM, and can be same for you in UK/IRE.
eTM Balkan Division

This has been announced and circling around among drivers in respective communities since quite a few months ago, and finally it is here officially. Balkan eTM division is open for entries! Our drivers have a chance to compete with the very best drivers in the world in International eTM once they emerge on top places in upcoming Balkan eTM season.

First race is already next Tuesday, 11th March. Calendar follows International eTM by one week, same rules as in other eTMs, same entrance fee as other eSport-Racing leagues - 5.95 euros.

All info in Serbian (sometimes Croatian) language on site: www.esport-racing.com

No ballasts for FZR or any car. Same in every eTM league, as well as all the rules.

And together with German and UK eTMs, there's also Balkan regional eTM league to give a chance for our drivers to compete with the very best in the world!

By Pacific I meant Americas + Australia and surroundings, becuase they have reasonably good pings among themselves. Old and New World groups may be better names. And point of that would be to include Canada and few others that have applied.

First Nations Cup is what motivated Serbian people to buy licences and join national team. Something similar might have happened in Venezuela for example if they had a chance to be included. This is a case with small nations without national leagues, these kind of competitions are great for that. On the other hand Hungary, Spain and France have very big national leagues and they are not interested at all in a World Cup type of thing, they are very happy in their own communities (and language barrier is there as well).

This "solution" is what Nations Cup and this Series SHOULD've always been and how I and many people have imagined it. Rounds of local (continental) qualifications or knockouts, and then a series (probably shorter that these 8 events from LFSWS) would be the final round.

So, now you have a chance to make qualification rounds for everybody, why only Europeans. Out of applied sign-ups make 1 Pacific group, 2 Euroasian groups chosen randomly, in each space for 16 nations, and make everybody fight for their places in the series. Top 5 from each go through. That would give a chance to more nations that have applied, and same for everybody, and keep the format of LFSWS with (now) 15 nations.

I guess Victor's relay picks every message that appears on the host. Maybe just host admins should be careful not to turn both network debug and relay on their hosts.

Quote from mcgas001 :Scawen. More of a request then anything else. But seen as you added the connecting I.P to servers any chance of adding it to insim NCN packet sometime in the near future? Cheers

Well, network debug messages can be seen on LFS Remote. Was that intended?
