it might depend on how u got the money. if its the pocket money u got from ur parents they could feel responsible on how u spend it coz its basically theirs. try to 'earn' the money in a proper way .. mowin the lawn par example
usually i like the ones more that dont play "guys who love to eat applepie and wear red dresses" off against "guys who'd rather drink milk and wear green shirts".

fast drivers often hav hundreds or even thousands of laps on a track and they r no stupid computers
for making a genetic algorithm improve fast u need lots of individuals (cars) and evolutional steps (laps) and of course a tricky mixing of genes to hand down just the 'racing' qualities. but still i guess it'd take a bigger amount of laps as a good racer'd need to get quick on a track.
anyway..it'd be nice if there was an interface to make a race-bot program.

i prefer speed and i just cant turn the wheel in time to catch my break-away-xrr
..countersteering
my wheel is fixed to ~240° max most of the time. i once tried use full 900° and hadnt even slightest chance for proper countersteerin ... guess its same in real life.
additionally it has some effects on ur body if u know its gonna hurt and i aint got the fantasy to imagine it in lfs .. its just a 'bonk' that comes through headphones after failing 'deadly'. so i'd say i wont learn fundamental things for real life driving in a game with this stage of abstraction.

its a racing game..so it might hav an affect on my behaviour in a real racing car on a real race track .. but i dont see any closeness to moving a car on public roads.

yeah fine, this limits the exit screen to 1 remaining. i'm sure they can hire a developer who is even able to fix that
i wish one day the program really closes when i say 'exit' .. and doesnt show me useless lfs advertising cause i already bought the game and lov it.
