They really didn't do a good job showing the Shelby, it looks much better in real life.... as long as it doesn't have that red light. I would loved to see the Camaro though.

I agree, but there ARE a few notable exceptions... The "New" Doctor Who is every bit as good as all my old memories (and in some cases, BETTER!), and I remember watching the VERY FIRST EPISODE EVER!!!

I have mixed feelings about KR though, I wasn't _that_ hooked on the original, I just lumped into the same category as 6M Dollar Man, Bionic Woman, Man From Atlantis, etc...
I hear they are also trying to rebuild Bionic Woman (well, they sure got the technology NOW!)..I expect that to flop as well (unless they use high grade silicone??)..

Looking back through the list of recent remakes and clones of old programmes, whether for TV or 'Big Screen' makes me wonder if anybody in TinselTown has still got an imagination...

World used to be nice place where you were allowed to be man, enjoy high powered cars and girls, but it is not like that anymore.

Today's world is different and I love their choice that is so unfitting to surrounding world as was original kitt too.

But that said, I did recently watch Airwolf movie and could not find any faults from it, as perfect movie as before, it is very hard to find as enjoyable modern movie

You just know the only reason they went with the Stang is because it's a US car. At least the Koenigsegg (sp?) would've looked cool and managed a U-turn.

The new car, well of course it`s nice, but it doesn`t fit in. I rather see that Viper that they planed to have in the serie, but guess Mustang paid more

Old Knight Rider looked alot better, and I really liked the funny un-realistic explosions and jumps and many more.

They wreck ton of those cars in series, so it can't be expensive car, Mustang is very cheap car for what it is, that surely is one of the reasons too.

Viper would been nicer, though. That original Viper.

There already was a TV series based on the Viper back when it was first introduced.

I imagine it just comes down to money. Ford offered the most for the use of it's car.

The 65-66 Stang is still one of my favourite classic muscle jobs. I prefer the 67-69 Camaro though Hell, I also like the old 57 Bel Air and Fairlane's.
