scripts?

Hi, I brought TrackIR 4 Pro this week and I`m using it with kegetys mod http://www.lfsforum.net/showth ... 865&highlight=trackIR (ThankU a lot)

My problem is that I want to bind one button of my wheel to the CENTER VIEW of the TrackIR. If I use the logitech profiler everything works but with the script system I`m not able to do it

I use the Z key to CENTER VIEW in TrackIR soft. In my scripts I put:

/button 15 /ctrl_f5
/ctrlf 5 /press z

But nothing happends
Anyone have manage this? Thanx

P.D.: I`ve tried it with and without the TRAP option in my TrackIR soft

Hi, u can bind the arrow keys to D-Pad without the profiler, just bind /press up (etc) to an ALT+ or CTRL+ slot

in the last year the game has gone nowhere, I did buy it under the understanding it was a work in progress however I expect some results and a decent attitude from developers, im a game creator tester myself and would never treat or just release something without fans input first
the sounds are pathetically synthesised and are quite lazy scawen, arcade games for jeebus sake have real sounds and they are for noobs, get some guys together and start getting this game out of the 80s

I think you are missunderstanding a lot of things... illepall Anyway as as "game creator yourself" you should try to develope some kind of Racing Sim and try to make everybody happy on the way

Hi, what is this new "lfs_restart.exe" that came up after the upgrade?

Hi I was having problems with increase/decrease sounds in my laptop. Then I realised that the problem was the toshiba virtual sound enhancer. Anyway I still hear a lot of "interferences"

I dont know when (and for now I don`t really care), but all I know is that I wont die without driving the Nordschleife/Nürburgring in LFS

Hi, I`ve found that if ur watching a SPR and press ESC/Options, you cant see "Player" and "Controls" options but you can select them by pressing the new Up/Down arrows.

Hi, are the new patches going to download to the LFS root folder? Are they then deleted or could we move that zip afterwards to another location? Ive got all patches and test patches since S1H in a folder.

Yep, there are a lot of racing "simulators" over there but none of them are so real as they could be. So more real = more complicated (life is).

Would it be possible to put some kind of top mark in the throttle and brake bars (the green and red ones on the right bottom of the screen) so you can see when they are at 100% pressed? This is because my crappy logitech pedals. A few days ago while racing I realized that after 20 laps, even when I full pressed the throttle pedal, I was not getting the 100% but somekind of 90% throttle. This can be easy to fix with DXTweek, but is not as easy to see during race (I have to break and accelerate at the same time and see if the two bars are the same tall of the clutch bar).

Hi, just go to Options in the main menu, and then click on Game. There is an option to edit the F1-F8 messages.

You could turn off the new DX9 effects so people with older computers could run LFS smooth. But I think that people with new computers could beneficiate of the new generations of DX.

Anyway I dont expect this till S3

Your new horn has to be named as:
HORN1.raw
HORN2.raw
HORN3.raw
HORN4.raw
HORN5.raw
You cant have HORN6.raw
