Hi, about the new skin system, I had the option for "Full Skins" (so the skins are taken from /data/skins folder) but then checked "Compressed Skins" (so now they are taken from /data/skins_dds folder) and my helmet desapeared and a message like "couldn`t found Helmet" came out. If I checked again "Full Skins" my helmet appeared again and so on. So I went to "Compressed Skins" and then went to my Player Options and when I clicked on the button to change helmet, LFS started to convert my /data/skins to DDS (including my helmet).

Some friends of mine were having troubles with their helmets and skins online (they uploaded to LFSWorld correctly but nobody could view them online) and the problem was fixed after they clicked on the change helmet button (Player Options).

Hi, the text of Hotkeys in the ESC menu has the same colour slider than the rest of the menu (Text Unselected). If I want to change only the colour of the hotkeys I end up with all the menu changed

This pic is from demo, but in FZR you nearly cant see any Hotkey if colour is black

True. AFAIK TrackIR scales your head movement, so with a good profile you could limit any DOF the way you like. I found that a lot of default profiles for games are very sensitive, specially on the lateral directions. I always make my own profile to make it acceptable.

Anyway I`m very happy that you are looking for 6DOF support

EDIT: kegetys mod has a cfg file for limiting the XYZ axes in each car
EDIT2: I mean that in BF1 you shouldn`t "move" as far as in a road car

When I sarted playing LFS I was having real problems with ramdom disconections in XP64bits. LFS worked fine, but I couldnt play "safe" online. Since then I always have a XP32bit partition for games (some other games wont work in 64bits at all). Maybe tonight I`ll try again and see if I can stay in a server for a complete race since people here is having no problems That way I dont have to switch to 32bit mode everytime I want to play online (not too often if you ask me )

BTW I use XP64bits for memory advantages at work.

for #2 i think there`s a /clear command that clears all AI and yourself from the SP screen... Don`t know if this was what you want

Why is a good idea for racing but not for hotlaping?
I do a lot of HL because I can`t connect online too often and it`s VERY anoying that everytime I want to beat my times I have to take the first lap as if I was some kind of mad drifter (peace)

It just makes it easy and less anoying to Hotlap, but IMHO it wouldn`t take away any of my respect for the WR holders just because they can heat their tyres... they still have to drive the HL you know

EDIT: BTW temperature heating should be quite limited IMHO (less than optimal)

But I`m not using it in LFS since Kegety`s 5DOF app is not working anymore

Hi, really great job with this test patch

BUT here are a few SPRs where you can see that if you don´t get more than 2km/h in the start line, you can advance a few metres before the green light, and no penalty is given. I tried out this only Offline and with only 5 cars, but in all of them i could advance without being detected

you can move the real mirrors left-right and up-down a little in Options/Views
Anyway they will reflect always the same

ok, thanx. Anyway I could bind the wheel button directly to the TrackIR software. Feeling kind of a noob here:doh:

well, my keyboard is far away my wheel, so what I want is just to press a wheel button that presses the Z key in my keyboard. Easy with the profiler but cant get it with the script system
