I recently uploaded my 2006 media studies project to YouTube- a documentary on Wales focused on Cardiff and its Bay (home to the new Doctor Who and Torchwood).

It's more interesting than it sounds- there's a few mistakes and I now think the Top Gear-inspired visual style is over-stylized, but have a quick look (it's only 5mins) and let me know what you think!

Yes it's a tenuous link as of course you can't scientifically (yet) blame the lung cancer on passive smoke.

I played it online and I'm ashamed to say I can't get in the top 100 on the leaderboard.

Orbiter is incredibly hard though. I can launch the Shuttle and steer it a bit then I give up

I'm trying to get hold of Geoff Crammon's GP4 as I heard with the F1 2006 mods it's the best (only?) F1 game on PC. A bit like NR2003 with the 07 mod is still the best NASCAR game on PC.

Haven't played the online version but I assume it's no different than the live one and I'm guessing it's far from a "state of the art racing sim"?

That's because black and asian is a type of race, American is a nationality.

My view on the whole thing is if that's the worst the terrorists can throw at us then I'm not particularly worried.

Upgrade your video drivers is what I would say. And if you're running optimized or custom drivers, change to the latest manufacturer driver.

I did and with a DFP and it felt OK, but this was before I drove a real car or played LFS with a wheel and I haven't looked back since.

I got the drill when I passed in Feb too. Not sure what the Suzuki insurance will be in your own name though! Don't expect below £2000 unless you cheat and go on as a named driver... (my insurance is in my name and is over £2000 on a 1.25 51 plate Fiesta).

Wheel4hummer: When you're centered, look at the location of your rearview or wipers in relation to the road and aim to keep them there as a reference point.

Here is my NASCAR-style personal FXR. Not nearly as good as K David's and not based on a real team- like my BF1 it's a generic race team that wouldn't look out of place on a NASCAR grid. Probably the world's first metallic-look stock car

Wow, impressive NASCAR skin! Think I might try a NASCAR skin myself...

It's quite good in terms of syncing to music, but could use some big improvements:

- You're holding the diagonal exterior shots too long.
- Cars are going through the camera.
- Overeliance on default angles.

It's got potential
