Was the skin that you were using at the time "XRG_DM_S14" (the one seen in the error message).
Just trying to see if that error is shown when it tries to load the skin that you have selected or when it tries to download/load someone else's skin...

Hi, see... what? I can't see anything...
If I think what it is, you might have turned off car skin downloads to off. So that other's skins would appear in solid colours. To turn it back on, go to:
LFS's Options > Misc > Car Skin Download > 512

/LFS/data/engine folder.
However, if you get another message (say, "data/engine/XRG_default.eng") or another car, it might mean that your LFS files are a bit messed up. If that's the case, re-install LFS at another location and copy-paste all the files from the data/engine folder from the new LFS to your original LFS folder.

Howerver, you can use Japaneese characters in your name (in colour).
Go to LFS's Options > Driver > Driver Name
Click on the Driver name.
The default language might be Latin 1. Click on Latin 1 and select Japaneese.
Click on the small downward triangle symbol next to "Japaneese" and you will see the availalbe characters.
Before selecting the characters you can press down the CTRL button to select the colour of your choice (CTRL+1, CTRL+2... etc. keyboard shortcuts are avaiable for selecting the colours).
