I get this sort of problem with my joystick. I find that after i take a late / sharp turn at T1 on blackwood, all down the straight it wants to play on the grass.

My solution was that everytime LFS runs it required me to move all my axis about to get the centres central (something calibration in options) if i started the race, slightly turn to get to T1 then a sharp right it isnt calibrated right.

Try starting every race with a full turn left then full turn right, followed by full gas then brake. Got mine going a treat.

I'm using the latest catalist control drivers for my x800 GTO and i havent had any problem in any game.

NOS would just be another excuse for wreckers to literaly fly into you at T1.

They usualy walk along the channel tunnel. And if they do scamper into the back of a lorry (and the driver doesn't know) the driver is penalised, and they usualy jump out wherever they please. Main reason for them being 'scattered' across the country.

Mate in me BF2 clan did it and got his name and stuff printed on. I THINK (not to sure tho) they do logos to. Cost about £35 but i've never seen him take it off so it must be good

If they implement rain into S2 final or S3 wouldn't track temps be a natural thought. Tarmac wont be 100'C when its pissing it down.

I always thought that because paint is all one colour in the tin, if it was matchable on an image in any light / reflection on the car would closly represent its real life counterpart. Guess i was wrong.

Is their a site that has the RBG / Hex values for car colours such as British Racing Green, Ferrari Red and such.

I've spent ages on google looking but nothing. I really want to get a few skins going prior to getting S2 so im all ready and not racing around in a defult coloured car.

Any background processes running that are using alot of RAM? iTunes sometimes take alot or a firefox/IE window being minimised or open. Or are you running it on a higher screen rez than necessary? Two common fps problems.

IMO i would love to have this track in LFS, but you also gotta think about download times to get into the server and lag. To much graphics loaded up at once with what? Whatever the max amount of racers S2 can hold, all racing around in all different areas....

Is there not a way where LFS could download the skins and automaticly put them into a passworded RAR (or another form of compression) file? That way its locked from anyone nicking other peoples skins and LFS can control it. And if some need to be deleted, (free up some harddrive space depending on the size) maybe have an option within LFS to view them on a car (small model maybe?) and delete it from there?

I right clicked > save as... and downloaded at 70 - 80kbps for me.

First and second half links quite nicely together IMO but the long pause between the two (just a black screen) was a bit wastefull. You got your nice calm mode at the beginning showing the car and then you got your semi agressive mode in the second part.

Looks like a fun car to drive tho, cant wait.

The only times i have pitted on the last lap is when i've been 30+ seconds ahead of everyone since lap one or two out of 5 or 10.

But it does make you laugh when the 5 people in front do it and you sail into 1st place and win.

I shout out what i want him to type while i carry on playing (using his wheel)

At home i leave it to the straight on blackwood (demo boy here :P ) keep the throttle on with me right hand and the left does the typing
