Data > Script > autoexec

put a line with 'log chatlog.txt' in it Then in the normal LFS Directory, you will see a new file

The items per minute, in my opinion, doesnt really work well.

For instance, you have an old pensioner down my checkout, we need to go the same pace as the customer so they dont get overloaded at the other end of the checkout. So if that means doing only 10 items per minute just to make the customer feel more welcome and put less pressure on them, i will only do 10 items per minute.

However, if you have someone in a rush, you just rush it through like hell lol.

But the items per minute is calculated from the time the first item is scanned, we have 'pop up' messages ssaying "Think 21, is customer over 18? Born before *date here*", that does not include the time of items per minute. For example, im under 18, so i need to get authorisation for alcohol, which sometimes can take a while....

However, our store (fairly big, 30 normal tills, 3 basket tills, 3 kiosk, 3 csd, 2 gm/clothing), we aim for 19 items per minute, and we got our results recently, almost every person does reach that target. But i do know of another smaller store in the next town, they totally fail that target by alot.

EDIT: But in return to your title 'PISS YOU OFF!', i think you will agree, alot of customers piss off the staff aswell..

Only problem is, our broadband gets cut off for like 30 seconds every hour (a fault with the service providers line).

(Re)install drivers if you had a CD with it?

If your using tables/border type things, you should be using for example, 80% rather than 819.2px, if you see what i mean. Therefore the 80% would be of the users screen, not a fixed value
