Anything happening with this?

Quote from Hahmo :No, though, i have RBR and Richard Burns Rally folder, with RBR having the game in it and Richard Burns Rally having mod and other packs in that folder, if i put them into the same will it help?

Below photo of the problem btw

E: Tried putting in the same folder, still the same

Not sure - might be best searching RSRBR forums.

Quote from Hahmo :I downloaded if first 2 times and both of them didnt work at all,
3rd try and some installations were missing (parts of tracks..)
And now you tell me to do the 1.6gig download again..

Oh... Here's a thought: Is your RBR installed into "Program Files (x86)" by any chance? I had problems with RSRBR2011 when my RBR folder was in there. Put my RBR on root C: and had no problems.

Quote from nikopdr :Altough I'd say it would be a lot more fun with the standard cars, since the RSRBR packs took about 12 gigs of my hard drive in total, which is something i cant really spare atm, it's up to you. I would participate but i mostly need a new hard drive or just clear up shit.

HDD's cost almost bugger all these days!

I have:

66% off Modern Warfare 2
25% off Square Enix and Eidos Interactive

Are you looking for something more than the above for Portal 2, Chris?

I'll be able to supply a Ventrilo server if required.

Quote from Hahmo :Sounds good..
But anyone willing to help with my problem?

Only thing I can think of is to download it again - sounds like a corrupt download. :\

I'm half tempted... However I have a lot of uni work to do after new year.

If I find time I'll join, I'd suggest cars like Group N4 as well, I always find those most fun to drive.

Quote from S14 DRIFT :Goodyear Excellence I had in 195/65 before I changed to 17 inch wheels. Very good. The p6000s are rubbish. Unfortunately it's hard to find sporty rubber in sizes which such a large profile and the excellence is one of the best you can get. a pair with fitting and tracking cost me £140 so you should be able to get them online for that.

Just tried to find some for you and couldn't - consider some Conti premium contacts - http://www.camskill.co.uk/m53b ... ACT_2_-_195_60R15_88H_TL_

Quote from R34GTR :Firestone/Hankook/Uniroyal, anything mid-range will be fine for a Focus, but if you can just afford the Conti's then go for them

Cheers guys, was looking at Firestones and Hankook's, Conti's are a little out of price range for 4... Considering doing Conti front and something cheapish on the rear again.

So.... I need 4 new tyres for my Ford Focus (mk1.5, 1.6l), got Pirelli P6000s on the front right now that have lasted about 18 months (about 10k miles - alignment is out after dodgy trackrod got replaced and forgot to get it realigned). Rears I've had on the car since I got it 4 years ago (some unbranded crap Ford gave me)

Anybody recommend tyres for me? size 195/60R15 if I remember rightly. Budget of about £250.

1043ND = Zyxel Keenetic by hardware

Also, Jakg.. are you using stock firmware? If yes, flash to OpenWRT, naow.

The hardware is probably fine, but the firmware is awful... I'm guessing by your comment to Jakg after that you agree.

Quote from Jakg :On the HomeHub *somtimes* it's by MAC, other times by the PC's name (i.e. "JakgPC") and other times its a seemingly random number.

Plugged into the HomeHub directly, works fine... will just re-route the cables I think.

Problem is with TP Link router then (from experience, not great routers at all!)

Re-wiring to homehub (as i said above also not great) probably the best idea!

Quote from Jakg :How is the provider going to help?

How is not using WiFi going to help (i'm not on WiFi, but even if I was i'd still be on the same network)?

A new router isn't really an option - it's not "my" network

Firewall off on both routers, DMZ on the TP Link to the Xbox, but the DMZ on the BT HomeHub doesn't work (it ONLY gives you an incomprehensible list of devices, you can't specify an IP - it's a mix of random names and MAC addresses and I can't find either device on the list).

Check the xbox settings it should give you network information in there including MAC address. Also have you tried directly connecting it to the homehub just to see what difference it makes if any? It'll help you narrow down the problem.

Tried the DMZ on the HomeHub with no joy.

Never had a problem with the HomeHub before... but then I've never needed to forward ports to play an online game before...

Did you do DMZ on the other router too? Or is that firewall off anyway?

Try setting up a DMZ to the Xbox IP, that should show if it's a firewall issue or not.

The Homehub my parents have doesn't like the xbox at all, it goes between strict and moderate. I hate BT homehubs, they're awful!

Traded in my MW3 today, Played plenty of it to give an opinion and it's nowhere near as good as MW2 or Blops. The maps are horrible to play on - far too many places for people to hide, makes it very frustrating even on maps you know well. Blops had much better variety on the map front, there's no Nuketown or Summit equivalent which was a shame as they are the best 2 maps I've ever played (apart from some custom maps on Delta Force: Black Hawk Down).

So traded at Game who gave me £33 trade-in and got Saints Row Third for £1.99.

Quote from FPVaaron :I use a RWD honda CRX as my C class autocross, still waiting for my time to be beaten on Rivals xD

Forgot to mention it's 4WD. Did it last night again in a Lotus Elan and beat my time again (by 0.050 sec), I'm 189th in the leaderboard for it.

Toyota Aygo, wide slicks, race suspension/gearbox/clutch and full weight reduction, boost the power up so it meets C425. Great little Autocross car!

Quote from BigPeBe :Yeah I once tried RSRBR too and realised quite fast it's just a massive joke. Huge download, pain-in-the-ass-interface and when for instance tried the AE86 GT-Corolla GrpH (IIRC) it was just the WRC Corolla with some kind of RWD physics.

Stick with RSRBR. I don't play RBR without it. I only use WRC and group N cars as they're the best with it. It takes some time to get used to it, but once you are there's no going back without it.

If I remember rightly RBR doesn't actually support RWD physics as the cars included were 4WD with one FWD so they weren't needed. RWD was originally done by swapping the FWD around and putting steering wheels on the 'rear' (front after the switch). This meant the handbrake worked on the front wheels instead of the rear. I don't know if it's any different now but that's what it was like a few years ago. All the RWD physics are hacked in by modders.

cheap car (550€) with loads of optical problems, but technical its pretty fine.
and for a '93 its also good...airbag, steeringwheel adjustable, central lock ect... for that money...im more than happy.

Looking at trading my 2003 Focus for something similar (although slightly newer at 1998ish). Can't afford insurance come September, if I sell the Focus I can buy a Mondeo and insure it and have £300 spare.

Quote from lukelfs :Where is the cheapest place I can get the PC version? Steam is £29.99 which is too much tbh

Anyone know somewhere cheaper?

Steam did have it on offer at £26.99 with Dirt 2 for free pre-release. If you already had Dirt 2 on steam you got it to gift to a friend. Sold mine for a fiver.

PC is digital download only, so there's steam or D2D I think. But it is well worth the money I think It's still cheaper than console too!
