I still don't get it, why you think it's a bad thing? Please explain. Because people can't make a proper mod? After all we are not pros at this. But if more modders are using default LFS cars as reference - it would be OK-ish.

By the way there are already some mods that are very strange (unappropriate) and I don't know why are they even published. I find them somewhat offending, but I won't mention any names.

I think LFS should be on Steam. Nothing else needs to change - it doesn't mean LFS will lost it's soul. After the graphics update of course. On the contrary - I think it will be one of those games/sims with overwhelming positive reviews. Especially with the mods support now and the track editor later.

I had to unpublish (delete) the mods, because I don't have the right to use the name ETK without a commercial license, so I need to change the name and I will re-upload the mods soon. Also I will rename this topic title.

Updated the skin templates of the 3 versions of the mod. The goal was to make the cutouts as big as possible. I know I don't have to upload them here, as they are uploaded with the mods.

I wonder what would be the official VW answer to this if they are asked?

LFS's developers are honest, dedicated and passionable about their sim, not a cash grabbers with countless DLCs and microtransactions. This is very rare these days. Worth mentioning.

In the next few days I will upload the 3.0 inline 6 version with a police configuration (with both double wishbone suspension as test).

In BeamNG they are both Double Wishbone... but it seems I cannot recreate them accurately in LFS.
If I use McPherson in front - the caster can't be adjusted, so I'm kind of lost, can't decide what to use or which is best (for now looks like both front and rear MacPherson are good enough - why change them at all?).

EDIT: For now I'm gonna leave them both MacPherson.

It's not possible to assign different engines to the configuration.
Also it's not possible to assign different rims and rim/tire sizes to the configuration.
I've uploaded 3 versions of 1994 ETK K-Series mod, so it's allowed, but in a reasonable frame.
