With immediate effect, the XRG will now carry 1% of restriction and 8kg of ballast instead of the 2% it had before. Since we do consider this a major change, all drivers in the series will be allowed to change their car without any penalties before the start of pre-qualifying for Round 4.

It's about the name in the the top list of Airio. If the name is not formatted in the way it should be, then it will result in a penalty.

You are car 123, Kid's sign-up was never added to the list.

There is no such thing as a skin deadline since nobody has to post their skin if they don't want to. All you have to do is to run with a skin that's compliant in both the qualifying and the race(s).

The passwords for the 64 fastest drivers will be sent out after the official pre-qualifying results have been released and the confirmation period has ended. Grids will be split up equally between Grid 1 and 2 if at least 36 cars pre-qualify.

this warning is just wrong, you can clearly see that i was going to left. HE could just brake or try to go to grass, hey there is always spectate option.

When chat is closed, it's closed.
When you don't use a skin that complies with the regulations you get a 3-point penalty.
By the point you reached that car it was close to stationary on the track. He was off the brakes for maybe a second, and barely moved during that time. You on the other hand should have braked, you never went off the throttle and hit him so hard that both your car and even the much heavier XRG went off the ground. Also, no driver is obliged to spectate if he can continue the race.

We're entering turn 5 side by side, with me on the inside and 105 attempting to overtake around the outside. 105 attempts to take a normal/tight racing line to cut the curb, ignoring the fact that my car is already on the inside. I see him there and try to move over to leave more room, but it seems that even me leaving the track completely isn't enough to avoid their car and we collide at the apex.
This results in my car spinning out, which causes some chaos to the cars behind and I fall to last place.

112 completely cuts turn 1, resulting in overspeed compared to the cars around. 112 does not slow down enough and taps the rear left of my car, causing it to become unsettled. I have to slow down briefly to regain control, but 112 has accelerated again resulting in a couple more taps and us both going off track.
112 then rejoins the track aggressively and hits the side of 056.

Incident #1: Drive-through penalty for Car 105 for causing an avoidable collision. Car 12 also receives a warning for not attempting to avoid Car 83 which was stopped in the middle of the road.

Incident #2: 5-place grid drop in the next round attended for Car 112 for causing an avoidable collision.
