Haha.. You should get an error if you load the WR lap then.
What Vykos says, it's (nearly?) impossible to cheat online.
In T1 (or Turn 2, as you call it) I tap the brake just a little, but maybe it's not even necessary.
I see some people who use a wheel, think that you can use digital pedals now, with TC on. That's not true, just like any other rear wheel drive you have to be easy with the throttle, play a lot with it. Not just jump on it when you think you can, get on it slightly. Same for the brakes, get off the brakes slightly, maybe trailbrake a little.
Btw, I've driven about 65228 miles (104974 Km) online.. So maybe that's says a little....
Maybe you should just degrease the braking force, put the balance a bit to the rear. Maybe make the nose a little higher so there's more pressure on the rear tyres and less on the fronts..
Haven't seen the replay or your set, but that's the first I think of.
But in the screenshots your tires look very good. Make sure you don't steer too much. I see that happening a lot with online racers. Especially on sharp turns they steer too much, which isn't necessary, the tyres just skid around the corner this way.
I think you're right Traxxion. I'm won't say I hate Alonso, but I don't like his attitude, but I cheered when he passed Heidfeld there! Just great racing! From both drivers btw, Heidfeld defended Alonso very well, and Alonso passed him very well.
If you find it so simple I'd like to see you drive the WR.
I think it's great for public races. Just like KY NAT.
Of course, there are more challenging circuits, like KY GP Long, or Aston North, but there are so very few people that can drive them and are willing to take the time for it..
When I'm driving, for example just through the chicane at Aston with an FZR, and someone leaves the pits, I get a short lag. I asked around on the server what it could be, but they answered that it was probably the skin download.
So, I turned the skin download function off, but I still got the problem. It's very hard to keep the car on the track in difficult corners now. I really like this to be solved.
I also tried to run on lower graphics, and turn all background programs off, but that didn't work either.
I think I had this problem before patch X too, but not so severe as now. And there are of course more racers, so more people exit the pits now.
Hehe, I have made more tracks in FL too, but I still prefer Cubase. For mastering I use Cool Edit, with some cool mastering plugins.
What kind of music do you make (alone, or with your band)?
The DFP and MOMO have about the same price I think. I have a MOMO, and exept for the pedals I'm very happy with it. Also a thing: I mainly drive the formula cars, so I have enough with 240° of rotation. If you drive the road cars I'd say maybe the 900° DFP is nice.
Well, so, I was driving on city driving. And some admin thought he could take a BF1, while no one else can. So I said something about it. So he took the XFR, another car no one else can pick. So I said something about it again, it's just not really fair well, is it?
So, he just banned me, abusing his admin rights. What do you guys think of this? Should this be tolerated?
Here's the replay.
I didn't swear or do anything wrong according to the server's rules.
