Hey all!

As I'm not very smart in PC stuff etc., I thought you might help me. Anyway, I have a problem updating to the latest drivers for my video card. I have been doing this before and it has always worked out fine and everything worked, but not this time.
This is the driver I need: http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp-285.58-whql-driver.html

Basically, it starts the installation, installs all the stuff needed and when it's supposed to finish, it brings up an Error saying that none of the files or drivers have been installed. That everything failed etc. Also asks me to restart PC and try again, which doesn't help anything at all.
Also, the drivers I used before since January up to yesterday started doing the same. I was not able to install the previous drivers back that I used for 10 months without any problems. It also bring same error message etc.

I've read many things on forum about these issues, nothing really helped, I've probably skipped something and might be doing this wrong, although I'm doing it in the same way as always.

Although I was lucky, and for some reason (which I don't know) I still had 3 years old drivers installation on my PC. The best part of this is, that I installed them and it worked, so I can use my PC properly, but I want to update to latest stuff and not use 3 year old drivers.

Maybe someone can help?

jrd.racer - Nice, finally someone has put at least some effort into the entry. Could be better, but at least better than the others. I would change the wheels though, they are quite low quality and are not fitting properly. But good effort anyway.

I'm sorry to say, but the other ones are quite poor, they are killing photomode competition, but I guess it can never be the same as it used to be, but we could at least have some interesting ideas and entries and not like those.

Obviously, not everyone is good at the start in doing this and I don't blame anyone for that, but it looks like most of you haven't put any effort at all or even tried to look for tutorials for example. You just posted random screen just to be in a competition. It's about improving your skills, you can't improve them if you don't try anything more challenging, new etc. I made this competition longer on purpose, so we could finally get enough and good stuff. Maybe if most of you would take time and work 20min every day on it and post before deadline, we can work it out.

Yep, TBO endurance races would be great.

Round rules: (made by Hector UA and Silverracer, these will not be changed)
Make an edit showcasing Live For Speed car: RB4. The point is to show the best of RB4. In which way? That is up to you! It can also be different than the examples given below, the idea is up to you. External images are allowed to be used.

• Any entries that will be ignoring 1 or more rules listed above, will not be accepted.

Since this was Hectors' win, I will choose his choice, but don't worry, we'll hopefully have other cars too in future. And RB4 is rarely edited, so it will be interesting what people come up with.

Bmxtwins - If even the previous theme was too difficult for everyone, you think this will not be?

Silverracer - Not a bad idea. Which car would you prefer?

Well, then think of a theme someone if Hector can't.

Hmm, forgot about this. I guess the competition is getting so boring, that I keep forgetting about it each time.

The theme might be a bit more difficult compared to the previous ones, but it's a nice way to test and improve your skills. There is no point having 5min editing themes each time, you don't gain anything from those.

I can try...but not today, I'm not sure when actually, if you don't need it soon, then you can send me the skin via PM and I'll make it next week.

It's not that similar actually, but it's also very nice mustang. I like the high quality rims and the skin is also great. You should play with the colors in your renders, it gives a totally different atmosphere.

Theoretically, what you showed is a low ride, but it's a racing car and it has nothing to do with lowriders that we are talking about and cars like those are not to be called lowriders.

But you can of course modify an LFS GTR car to make it a lowrider, put crazy suspension etc., obviously it would look pretty weird for a GTR car, but this is Photomode competition, so let your imagination speak out and do some crazy stuff.
