Voting ended!
Congratulations to jrd.racer for winning LFS Photomode Competition #82. I will be waiting for a PM from you with the next theme, cars & tracks.
Congrats on the signings.
About the video - Not bad, but it was a bit too long though, 3 min would have done it, gratz on the podium btw. Just try to spell my surname correctly next time. I forgive you this time.
Sorry, but you posted it way too late. I even forgot to make the poll and made it almost a day too late and your image was still not there, so you haven't been forgotten, but you forgot it yourself.
Voting rules:
*You have one vote that you can use.
*You can vote for anyone, but not yourself. (The votes where people vote for themselves will not be counted, but deleted at the end of the voting.)
*Getting more votes in an unfair way (asking others to vote four your picture etc.) is NOT allowed. (If I find out, you won't be able to participate in the competition anymore for some time and also your image will be deleted from the voting.)
The winner will be the person with the most votes.
Voting Closes at 14:30 UTC on Monday 1st, August 2011.
I wanted to apologize to 87 R.Belo for the ugly crash I did at the start of the race during the safety car. After checking the replay, it clearly looks like I dive bombed him on purpose, but it was not meant to be like that. What happened was that I kept big distance at the start and I saw everyone driving away pretty fast, so I thought nobody will start breaking suddenly, but everyone did and I of course...wasn't looking at the road at that moment.
Thanks. kiste - Sorry, but your image doesn't comply with the rules, so it's not going to be in the voting. You can make another one though. jrd.racer - Not bad at all, quite interesting, though that spoiler wasn't necessary at all.
BTW, nice to see that this competition is getting more active nowadays.
Where? I can't find it, if you can show the link, then it's not valid of course since it's old. I also thought I've seen it, but wasn't sure and never found it.
No, not really, doesn't say anything in the rules about it. It only says that you should choose places that look similar to what it looks in real life giving some adjectives that describe the road/place of such kind.
Well, I don't know if you thought of this, but I don't make the rules for the round mostly, so if the person who won didn't send me the example picture, I can't help it, so basically I don't see any of my fault in this.
Round rules: (made by JO53PHS, these will not be changed) Create an edit showing a car driving a hillclimb course. Try to select a screenshot that is true to a real hillclimb course (narrow road, steep gradient, tight bends etc.)
The image should show only 1 car, no more
Do you mean the picture that everyone edited? Or the example pictures? If first, then...isn't anyone capable enough to look for it themselves in the original thread?
