There won't be re-voting. I think in this situation we can clearly see the winner and even if we had re-vote, I doubt that it would have changed anything. If the votes would have been really close between the first/second place, then I could think of a re-vote, but not this time.
It would be pretty annoying to PM everyone. It wouldn't work well and it's time taking. Especially when many of the drivers don't check this forum too often.
Giving password to representatives doesn't really change the fact, that people who didn't qualify can still come to the server. With "random people" I didn't just mean people from abroad, also people from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania who are not supposed to be in the race.
And password is set just before the start, so I don't really see what's the difference. If a person can't make it, then he shouldn't qualify for the race etc. It's not like I will set the password 10 minutes before the race. I will set it ~30 seconds before the race start, so I don't see any problem.
And there is also a rule to be in server at least 10 minutes before the race to set up the grid, so don't be late.
Yes, true.
I checked all of the unknown voters. 90% of them are Demo racers from Bulgaria, and some of them have just registered during the past few days. The rest is pretty obvious to everyone.
nikec is disqualified from the voting and is not allowed to participate for the next 3 competitions, so basically for competition #86, #87 & #88.
I think I don't need to explain the reason here.
Voting rules:
*You have one vote that you can use.
*You can vote for anyone, but not yourself. (The votes where people vote for themselves will not be counted, but deleted at the end of the voting.)
*Getting more votes in an unfair way (asking others to vote four your picture etc.) is NOT allowed. (If I find out, you won't be able to participate in the competition anymore for some time and also your image will be deleted from the voting.)
The winner will be the person with the most votes.
Voting Closes at 09:00 UTC on Tuesday 4th, October 2011.
Thanks for coming everyone who came. Wasn't waiting for that many drivers for a test race. Everything went pretty smooth without any problems, so I hope the season will continue in similar way.
See you in Round 1. The official results will be posted later.
Penalties will be given though for this race, just so you can see what you/others did wrong and prepare for the season.
Some rules will be added to rule book to make some things clearer.

Qualification just like last season, we don't have exact dates for them, but you allowed to upload them without giving a date.
And I don't know exact amount of laps for races since half of the combos are on open config and it would take a lot of time now to find out ~ lap count for those since I don't know what's the ~ lap time on those combos.
It means that if for example: You miss 2 rounds, those rounds won't be counted into consideration in your standings. And for the person who has finished every race, the 2 rounds will be the rounds with the least points he gained per race. So basically, those points won't be taken in consideration, they will be subtracted from his total standings points. That means, you have a better chance to fight for your position in standings even if you were not able to compete in each race for some reason (real life etc.).
Because a lot of the times, people lose their position because they are not able to attend some of the races. This will help you to keep your position, makes you more motivated to race then, makes a bit fairer standings IMO.
Is it clear now? I was typing fast, so might not be clear by what I wrote. If it's not, I'll explain later.
I did 40 laps yesterday and not even once my lap was not counted or was invalid, so maybe the tracker doesn't like you.
I didn't have any problem with it, lovely combo.
I am not sure. Basically, I don't want to force Tommy to stream this race since it's just a test race and it's procedure is slightly different from the official season races.
But if Tommy decides he wants to get a practice and see if everything works for him, then of course he can stream the event. But it's not obligatory for this race.
Just like every year, this year we are also going to have a test race before the season start. This is just to check the server, our organization due to the fact the rules have changed and also for you to get more used to the new rules.
There will be no separate pre-qualification for this race. This is just a test race, so anyone from Baltic states can attend the race as long as there is place in the server.
All the rules apply for this race as for the official season. So, there should be correct name format etc.
