i'd like to see a v8 supercar style race car: 5.0L V8, 4 door RWD, 635HP to compete against the other GTR cars
based on a road car too. and i like the idea of utes too
Real cars... not fiction ones. Not really fussy about what cars because now we have a Formula 1 in LFS (who needs a road car if u can zip off in your own F1!)[Just kidding hardtopper freaks].

Having seen the McLarenF1 review on Top gear with Tiff driving... I would have to agree on that one. Also rally, drag(1/4 mile muscle freaks) and anything else that races, or is a supercar Thumbs up
V8 Muscle Car
Get rid of the open wheeler stuff - there are way too many F1 games/sims out there - forget trying to put a V8 in the LX6 Smile

Just put in some modern Muscle V8s with bodies windscreens etc ?

why not offer the current FXR, FZR, GTR in a V8 as well as a 4 cyl turbo, keep the same shape etc etc just a simple selection of turbo bizz box or real muscle at the gararge screen, would be far easier to implement than have to design whole new car shapes etc

LFS should stick to the fictional cars. If I like to drive a real car,i'll buy another game. We only need to fill up the cars that are missing; a rally car and a supercar. Muscle car would be all right.

Totally correct. Supercar, perhaps not, but I personally would like a Muscle Car.

It's up to the developers however. I trust they will give cars we will appreciate, even if it is not what we want. Thumbs up

This aims to cover as many categories as possible. Specific cars do not matter its more types of car. I have included a couple of track ideas but only to complement some cars

- 2 more RWD cars to go with UFR & XFR (Old MkI Ford Escort style and something more modern to balance)
- 1937 style car (Spirit of Speed done right)
- 1980s F1 style cars (6 wheel elf Smile)
- 1967 F1 style car - Need say no more.
- Nascar type car + couple extra ovals
- WRX style Rally car + couple of tracks
- Formula ford style car
- Racing Truck
- Aussie V8 type car + Bathurst like type track
- Sprint car + mud oval

I'd still like to see racing touring cars. We have two, UFR and XFR, but WTCC for example is not FWD only Smile You have the dominating BMWs that are RWD. Audi had a very successful quattro too. XRT/FXO/RB4 mucle up? Smile And about too many XRs, BMW has the normal 3 series, a M3 (so that takes care of two road cars, XRG and XRT), it has a WTCC car (320i, the new XR would fit into this one) and has a M3 GTR (XRR anyone? :>) So i think that 4 XRs wouldn't be THAT much. It would still be a lot, thats true.
My wishlist
As many said before: LFS needs some more Racing-like, but not so overpowered RWD Saloons.
Good example, often mentioned: BMW M3 Cool

And there is one other good old german car: the Audi Urquattro (4WD)
Other dreams on 4 wheels and fun to drive:
  • BMW Diesel Sports Car Thumbs up
  • 1980's F1 cars
  • Toyota AE86
  • Lamborghini Murcielago/Ferrari Enzo
  • Lotus Elise
  • BMW M5/Audi RS6
  • Jaguar E-Type/Ford Mustang
  • AC Cobra/old style Corvette
  • BMW M1
  • Porsche 962
  • Maybe a Hummer or sthg. like that, Jeeps are ok, too Big grin
  • ...
I got one how about a dodge charger 69
i really want LFS have many cars as possible... like GT4... a lot of cars... various types of same car... diferent years, models, engines etc...

2 in special, Nissan Skyline and Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution... i love to see them in LFS

cheers
Yep - LFS would be complete with a brutal V8 or two (no, the F08 doesn't count Big grin )
a go-cart for the small parking lot track builder thing. would be perfect, and a big bulky V8 for the oval

get a stock car looking vehicle with a big rumbling V8 and see all the nascar fans swarm LFS as there hasnt been a decent Nascar sim since papyrus' nascar racing 2003 season
v8 GTR around 550hp Thumbs up
Nascar cars
60's/70's style muscle cars
small Pickups
an lemans style car for long races
LeMans prototype would be good. Especially if it was comparable with the bf1 or fo8 - eg less power but lighter, or less power but more fuel effecient of summit.
An v8 race car - like holden / fords etc that could compete with the 3 gtrs we have now.

I'd like to see an RR in the mini and miniGTR class, a sportbike, a mid-engined GTR, the LX8, a muscle car in the LRF class..

yeah with the General Lee skin and horn like in dukes of Hazard. Thumbs up
I'd love to see a group B rally car. No need for more than one, just something AWD made for dirt that blows the RB4 away. I don't think the fastest rally times should be with a 2WD vehicle Uhmm

Also a vintage indy car would be nice Big grin

Yes, rally cars is a direction that this game can really explore. What about a set of buggies, maybe one RWD and one 4WD?

A NASCAR type car would be great as well. You would actually have to let out of the throttle on the oval for a change. A car with this kind of weight would also be quite a challenge on the road coarses.

A sports prototype would be just awesome, somethings much smaller than the GTRs.

I believe that LFS's niche is that it is a comprehensive racing game. What other game simulates road cars, GTRs, formulas, rally racing, oval racing, drag racing, etc. as well as LFS. Because of this, I really don't want to see too many real life cars. If the developers had to model real cars, their jobs would become much more difficult because they would have a strict standard to adhere to. With generic cars they can easily balance out weight and power and car classes without haveing to worry about a perfect representaion of a real life car.

In summary, what I would like to see for this game is:

-More Rally Cars (buggies)
-More rally tracks (maybe a whole map devoted to several different on and off road configurations)
-NASCAR type stock car (more ovals)
-Sports Prototype
-Some really short Karting tracks for the MRT.
If you want a rallycar, what about an RB4 WRC Smile

LMP: Yes please
LX8: Yes please
Fiat 500 clone to go against UF1000: yes please.
Keicar.

But...

I would welcome absolutly anything other than ricing. I'll just be grateful for what we get.
I think LFS already covers most classes. But some more rally stuff would be cool - maybe some cars based on the terrifying group B spec monsters of the 80's, such as the MG Metro 6R4. Or maybe some hill-climbing/pikes peak-style cars and tracks would be interesting too.
Westfield XTR / Radical SR , (mini Le Mans racer's, think of LX4's with downforce and rear engine )

Superbike's would be awesome, but i guess not an easy thing to add to LFS
