I will never understand that trophy/achievment whoring, what the hell do people find interesting in doing that.. maybe it would be, if i was like, 8 years old..
I mean, do people realise how redicolous it is.. you mentioned BC2, so while everyone is trying to win the game (cause you know, that's the whole point), some guy will sit there in the boat, and shoot randomly from a distance, hoping he will kill someone and earn that "boat whatever is called" insignia.. while everyone else is working their a** off to compensate his lack of involvment..

But back to the game, whistling really works but only for the last horse i rode, how can i retrieve my gold Stalion..

Just came back from a friend's house where he showed me RDR on his new 55" Samsung LED TV...

Thats actually the nice thing about BF2 trophies. For the most part, they are all pretty natural just by playing the game. I will agree about the boat one, but that pin is really retarded to get. There are some games that have totally retarded trophies which destroy an online game. bc2 isn't so bad.

At a general store you can purchase a deed that will give you back your American something or other its like $1500. It is a deed that will ensure that you can summon the horse at anytime or place. Even if it dies it can be respawned.

Hm, i don't know if i'll gather that much money till i finish the game I'm still not sure if that's what i need and if you understood my question.. early in the game you had that brown horse, from Bonnie... then i got the Stalion from her as a gift.. Then i had to leave the stalion somewhere for that mission with Dickinson, i then saved the game i guess without hitching it, and then i picked some random horse somehwere, and he comes to the wistle now..
I wished that i could always have one horse that i like, no matter what i do..

you just had to hitch it and save..........well can't help if you didn't do that.

If you whistled right after the mission it will come back.

no worries though, there are plenty nice horses when you get to mexico.

I've finished all the missions in mexico, now it's back to the US... i'm finally going to hunt me some buffalos and bears!

The graphics of this game keep stunning me. The scenery, the lightning, it's bloody amazing sometimes (playing on a projector helps).

Yeah, I read some of the mythical creatures/conspiracy threads where that pic was included some times, cool stuff! Regardless of whether or not it's true, the idea that there are people forming hunting parties to chase down what could be a figment of some creative troll's imagination is awesome. I hope once I can finally play this game, that people will still be out exploring the world

Just like GTA, that is the best part of Rockstar games, just exploring and kinda not doing anything particular, saying hello to people and admiring the world these sick programers created ... missions are great (shooting not so much, really, shooting is for first person games ), but the past part is that travel to the missions and the time inbeatween, you know..

A major part of this game has to do with shooting stuff (if you care to finish the story). Good luck with that.

I know Just like in GTA, that's the weakest part of the game IMO.. it's wierd, you just have to use auto-aim if you wanna shoot anything, they should've consulted Naughty Dog on how to do a third-person shootouts on gamepad..

This game is sold out everywhere! Went to GAME, Gamestation, CEX and Sainsburys

Gonna have to order it now =/
