Little trick is to smudge the edges of tree leaves the take the sharp, fake look away.

Lol yeah, not too much of an edit but the red lights reflexion a little around it and the contrast I imagin.

For a start the rear light wasn't on, added some reflection, contrast, softened the surroundings a little bit. Was going to make it look like it was in a tunnel but its beyond me.
