Im sure your statistics are full of shit, simply because of this bit
Quote :something like 90% can orgasm regularly.

The last paragraph is pretty true, though.
Can't believe im actualy agreeing with you.
Quote from S14 DRIFT :I'm fat and proud. I have a big cock.

Too bad your belly blocks the view of your cock, so how would you really know?

Quote from Klutch :The last paragraph is pretty true, though.
Can't believe im actualy agreeing with you.

The last paragraph is common sense though.
Thanks for the advices above.

Hookay! So isolated muscle training is the shit then? And if I do, what program should I follow? I would like 3 days (even more if nessesary) days of strengt training each week, and my goal is to train all parts of arms and upper body (back too). The stomach I have many extercises for so that is not a problem.

Cardio I can do on the days I am not training the muscles.

And, I am not strong, but I am used to ligt weights, so throw out a hell-ish work-out for me.
Quote from S14 DRIFT :
Very fat is a bit unfair (not to mention rather rude actually you mosher).

I was alright back then. A bit tubby, but not fat! How do you know I had finished puberty? I told you to stop trying to see me naked.

I've put alot of weight on since moving out and living on takeaways, and mainly office based job doesn't help. But the fact is I eat too much of the wrong stuff. So I'm aware of it, which is the key. No denial. But while I do wish I wasn't so rounded, this is myself and I think it's important to be happy with who you are.

Most girls don't need a guy with stamina. Only about 50% of women can orgasm from penetration alone, and out of those 50%, about 60% can do so regularly. Where as 86% require direct stimulation of le clitoris and out of those 86%, something like 90% can orgasm regularly. So as long as you're good with your hands and mouth there's no problem in terms of her satisfaction. Additionally on an anonymous survey of women in some American sex-health show/book club thing (mainly women aged 21-40), these women thought the best part of sex was the foreplay, reaching climax was actually quite far down the list! From memory it was foreplay, cuddling, climax then something else. Was an interesting read.

Also, just because you are fat does not mean you are unfit or lack stamina. There is no direct correlation between weight and cardiovascular effectiveness. Although in my case I am quite unfit, but I don't care. Also the main problem with "stamina" in bed isn't the physical activity, it's that most guys come too quickly. I don't have that problem. I would say ask your sister but that would be both immature and unfair on your sister.

You'd be surprised how many girls don't care about how buff a guy is! A "sexy" guy who is a complete wanker (seems to be a direct correlation in looks and twat-factor) may get first dibs in terms of talking to a girl, but it's the nice guy, the one who won't slag them off, cheat, have drunken binges, is quiet and respectful (so normally the fat(ter)/ugly(er) ones) that will be the one to end up talking to her and actually having a perhaps meaningful relationship. It just takes a bit longer. Not a problem for me personally since I never have sex on a first date sort of thing, so wouldn't be picking up girls like that anyway. If a girl was only with me because I was sexy, or if that was a major factor, I wouldn't want that anyway.

I actually added in the more hurtful insults last night after I was intoxicated, as I suddenly realised you were judging me for having some meat around the edges when you were hardly one to talk being about twice the size!

Just so you know, I enjoy the odd takeaway and I have an office job sitting on my arse for hours working on commercial and corporate accounts. That's no excuse for allowing yourself to become a lard ass. That's just laziness.

Also lol at the massive lecture about sex, women and the many statistical figures. This obviously shows you need to read up on it rather than just get out there, mingle and find out these things for yourself.

I don't have a sister either by the way.

@TVE - Will PM you my workout regimes and if you want any more advice let me know. Don't want to hijack the thread more!
I never made an excuse. And neither do I care if you think I'm a lard arse. Being skinny is not "better" nor does it make anyone more awesome than anyone else. I didnt mention it but I lived om takeaways for over 3 months when I moved out. So go figure. The important thing, at least if I was interested in losing weight, would be to admit why I'm larger than average.

This was again mentioned in my last post so I'm not making excuses.

And what exactly is wrong with reading up on things? Or are one you one of these boneheads who think you know everything about something (lets take sex, or female anatomy, erogenous zones, etc). Education is power and there is nout wrong with that. I am not a club/club/bar go-oer, I don't drink at all. Neither am I interested in the club bunnies you get. There is nothing smart or attractive about a wasted girl, so I wouldn't pick up a girl from a place such as that anyway. I've only really had 2 and a half girlfriends (the third one was "complicated") but each one of those lasted for over a year. So you were saying about mingling?

Neither do I agree with using intoxication as an excuse for being being a ****, projecting your own insecurities on others who don't care about muscles or bodyweight. The difference between gently poking fun at you being a little tubby and you going "har har you are fat" is quite large.

Anyway the people who are happy with their body, large, small, black, blue...these are the people who are truly happy with themselves, and your mental health can do wonders for your lifespan....but I suppose that's for another thread, you know the whole "it's ok to be a ****, cheat on you spouse or be violent if you're drunk" thing.
Quote from S14 DRIFT :Being skinny is not "better" nor does it make anyone more awesome than anyone else.

too lazy to read through all this again, but iirc: until you left your first comment on the conversation about gaining muscles, nobody was comparing skinny, fat or trained people. we tried to help tve out with some advice from our own experience, which sure was not on-topic, I admit.. everybody would have been fine if you just had had a good laugh about us ridiculous guys and kept your opinion for yourself, but instead ..

Quote from S14 DRIFT :*giggles at men complimenting each others bodies*.

I'm fat and proud. I have a big cock and little muscles, I'd rather have it that way around. Besides, I'm more warm and cuddly at night.

.. you asked for a flamewar. if I was you, I'd not be too surprised about answers on a similar random level. but oh well, can't we just stop this and get back on topic, posting face-pics :P

And this.

@S14 Drift

You're boring and predictable. Not even an amusing or entertaining troll.

I never said I was skinny, or that it was better. You brought up how I used to be a bit chubby, yet didn't mention how you are a hypocrite since you were quite a bit fatter. You brought it up. I never brought up the fact that I've been hitting the gym. I was asked a question by TVE and he also wanted pointers so I gave him some advice. You couldn't help but stick your nose in and give your typical high and mighty opinion about how you're happy with being a fat loser, so you're therefore better.

Well done, you don't drink, all hail. Well done you don't go to clubs or bars. That makes me bad? Think what you want, no one else cares really, as far as I'm aware. I don't treat people any differently. I treat people with respect unless they disrespect me. You don't really show any respect to anyone around here, so excuse me for calling you a fat loser, loser.

Quote from S14 DRIFT :Neither do I agree with using intoxication as an excuse for being being a ****, projecting your own insecurities on others who don't care about muscles or bodyweight.

Whereas you on the other hand are just a general **** overall, for no reason. Projecting your own insecurities on us who don't care that you're a fat loser with no will or motivation to actually do your body some good. Extreme apologies for actually doing something that's healthy and makes me feel good about myself. I better go hang my head in shame. What a **** I am.

If you were happy with your body, you wouldn't be trying to convince everyone that you are happy with being fat. No one asked if you were happy with your fatness. You just had to get yourself involved and speak down to people who enjoy getting fitter. I play part-time professional football, fitness is part of my life, and you're looking down on me for that? Seriously you have issues. No wonder you don't go to bars or clubs. No one would want to socialise with someone like that. Also I'm not a violent drunk, I'm the exact opposite, and I've been with my gal for a year and a half and not cheated. You don't even have a leg to stand on mate.

Not trolling but if you want to look at it like that...

Quote :I never said I was skinny, or that it was better. You brought up how I used to be a bit chubby, yet didn't mention how you are a hypocrite since you were quite a bit fatter.

Because I thought that was already obvious.

I can't just be fat, I have to be a loser too?

Quote :Well done, you don't drink, all hail. Well done you don't go to clubs or bars. That makes me bad?

Never said it did. You simply suggested I don't go out and mingle enough. By mingling, that normally means going to clubs. I was simply explaining that I do not drink and thus the club scene is not natural for me.

Quote :I treat people with respect unless they disrespect me. You don't really show any respect to anyone around here, so excuse me for calling you a fat loser, loser.

Oh no he called me a loser I'm going to cry.

Quote :Whereas you on the other hand are just a general **** overall, for no reason. Projecting your own insecurities on us who don't care that you're a fat loser with no will or motivation to actually do your body some good.

I have no insecurities, not physically at least. I am me, flub and all. I have better things to do than go to the gym, like study more for my career, maybe go out or just relax! Not saying you are wasting your time at the gym, as if that's what you like then fine, but that's just how I personally (highlighted personally since everything I write from my opinion seems to be taken as fact by you) would see it if I was going.

Quote :Extreme apologies for actually doing something that's healthy and makes me feel good about myself. I better go hang my head in shame. What a **** I am.

It's OK, I forgive you.

I didn't originally comment on my fatness. I was just poking fun at guys going "wow you are hot bro". You then brought my fatness into the discussion. It's alllll written above. I'm actually quite a nice guy if you get to know me. Maybe not on the forum (because this is a hostile forum so I post in a hostile manner, generally speaking). I'm quite bitter and fairly strange but nice. And again I was just saying MY personal opinion on most of these "buff" guys treat their women, I'm speaking from experience here.

I never said you were one of the above types of guys, but thanks for clearing up any doubt we might have had. Also I don't mind what you do, if you're happy then hey, I'm happy.

But you use fat as some sort of derogatory term and I'm afraid that makes you a bit of a cock!

Also since this is a post your face I should post mine.

Problem?

Quote from S14 DRIFT :Not trolling but if you want to look at it like that...

You're laughing at someone complimentary another guys hard work for getting in shape. Just because you don't get complimented for being a lazy slob, it means you have to poke fun at others for being different?

Quote from S14 DRIFT :I can't just be fat, I have to be a loser too?

When you act like one, yes. I wouldn't judge you at all for being fat, but acting like a tool and looking down upon people who aren't is going to get you called a loser, not to mention an idiot. Yes, I did rise to the bait because you insulted me so I insulted you back, my bad. I wouldn't normally lower myself to your level but you seriously piss me off with your high and mighty attitude. I should have known better than to rise to it because I know you're always looking for a pathetic argument on here being the most over-opinionated person on this forum.

Quote from S14 DRIFT :I have no insecurities, not physically at least. I am me, flub and all. I have better things to do than go to the gym, like study more for my career, maybe go out or just relax! So poking fun of people who workout and go to the gym to get in better shape is an opinion is it? Derp

If you didn't have insecurities, you wouldn't have had to have voiced your opinions the way you have and tried to justify your health to everyone when no one at any point asked for it. TVE asked me a question and I answered. I tried to help, give him some tips. You couldn't help but get yourself involved and piss people off though could you? You were nothing to do with the conversation, so trying to convince everyone you're happy with being fat when no one cared in the first place does give the impression that you're insecure.

Quote from S14 DRIFT :And again I was just saying MY personal opinion on most of these "buff" guys treat their women, I'm speaking from experience here.

I've been with my girlfriend for a year and a half now and been loyal to her throughout our relationship. That makes me a guy that goes round humping and dumping women like objects? Don't bother answering because I know I'll get another thick response, if you'll pardon the pun. My girlfriend comes to the gym with me infact and lets me help her lose weight when she begins to feel insecure about her figure and I respect her a lot for that. Does that make her a cock aswell for not wanting to be fat. Apologies if her lack of wanting to be fat offends you, just because she has the motivation to get off her arse and do something about it, unlike you. I wouldn't normally lower myself to using fat as a derogatory term but I made an exception just for you. You're able to poke fun at people who work hard to achieve a better look and better health, so I'll feel free to poke fun at you for being a fat, lazy slob. I think that's fair enough. Besides, I'm not really being derogatory, I am stating my own opinion Unless you would prefer the more scientifically correct "overloaded with lipids".
I mean, come on Chris, really showing your age here with the silly meme's. They get old, you know.

Quote from Gills4life :

I was gently poking fun at it, which I had hoped would have been picked up on but clearly not since it's all serious business. Me and my other friends do often say to each other "my my, you're looking fat today!" to which we reply, "thanks mate! try my best".

Quote :When you act like one, yes. I wouldn't judge you at all for being fat, but acting like a tool and looking down upon people who aren't is going to get you called a loser, not to mention an idiot.

I'm not looking down on anyone. None of my comments were put downs or really even offensive, unless you have an intolerance to jokes about the size of Arnie's Penis. (and other body builders after all this is far from an unknown comment to make)

Quote :I did rise to the bait because you insulted me so I insulted you back, my bad. I wouldn't normally lower myself to your level but you seriously piss me off with your high and mighty attitude.

And you don't have the "high and mighty" problem either? Actually it would fit in with your personality...

Quote :So poking fun of people who workout and go to the gym to get in better shape is an opinion is it? Derp

Yes. Just like how refering to someone who is fat by using the words "lazy slob" is your "opinion". Also use of derp was inappropriate. Either understand the meme's or don't use them.

Quote :If you didn't have insecurities, you wouldn't have had to have voiced your opinions the way you have and tried to justify your health to everyone when no one at any point asked for it.

I never voiced my opinion. You said something along the lines of how fat guys are unfit and have no stamina; I said that just because you are fat, that does not mean you are unfit. I also said however that I was. So thus I've already admitted to being in your category of "fat and unfit" and yet I'm somehow insecure by admitting something?

Quote :trying to convince everyone you're happy with being fat when no one cared in the first place does give the impression that you're insecure.

Haha. So by saying you are happy with yourself makes you insecure? You were calling me fat, so I responded by saying I was happy with myself. I didn't just bring it up out of the blue.

Quote :I've been with my girlfriend for a year and a half now and been loyal to her throughout our relationship. That makes me a guy that goes round humping and dumping women like objects? Don't bother answering because I know I'll get another thick response, if you'll pardon the pun.

oh my god another fat joke. You really are quite the comedian! What part of "didn't mean you personally but buff guys in general don't you understand? You seem to feel there is some sort of personal dig aimed at you. You're quite touchy-touchy about your pecks, huh? That and using every opportunity to show what a wonderful, non wife beating person you are.

Quote :I wouldn't normally lower myself to using fat as a derogatory term but I made an exception just for you.

Thanks bro, appreciate it. Sticks and stones may break my bones but **** it, I've got BUPA.

Quote :You're able to poke fun at people who work hard to achieve a better look and better health, so I'll feel free to poke fun at you for being a fat, lazy slob.

Difference is there, Chris - That me jokingly saying that really muscley guys may have trouser size issues is hardly a pretext to throw a volley of (poor) fat insults and attempted putdown comments at someone.

Quote :I think that's fair enough. Besides, I'm not really being derogatory, I am stating my own opinion

I see. Weird way of voicing your own opinion. Notice throughout this "argument" that you're the one throwing the insults around, using the stupid meme's and what not, and you're calling me the one with a problem?

At the end of the day, you want people to notice your bodybuilding, hence why you posted pictures of yourself looking all hench to begin with, and then started posting a whole load of stuff about fitness. Whether Tor wanted help or not you'd have jumped at the opportunity to share your wealth of knowledge. Which is fair enough. You enjoy the attention but anyone who doesn't care for it seems to be the arch enemy of the universe (in laymans terms one of us is Buzz Lightyear, the other is Emperor Zurg).

At the end of the day, I don't bother with the gym because I have better things to do with my time. Neither do I care about how fat I am. You on the other hand do so you can enjoy doing what you do, and I will enjoy doing what I do.

Anyway I really have had enough, it's time for chocolate milk and bed for me. Feel free to respond (you probably will) but I will not be continuing the topic of discussion because a) we can argue all day and get nowhere and b) this is not really related to the topic of "posting your face" and it's getting out of hand.

Enjoy your protein shake. I'll enjoy my chips/burger/lard sandwich and whatever else you care to bring up.

Quote from The Very End :I totally agree regarding the "roids" parth btw

Well, the problem is that I do too much cardio, and too little muscle training. Also I am doing it all wrong, because I take the upper chest, arms, stomach and back training in one session - usually around 1.5-2 hours stint. My aim is not to be big as possible, just very marked muscles, and overall.. well trained overall

I have been training pretty hard the last year, so I am getting used to it hehe. For me a week could look like this:

Monday (day 1): Muscle training, weights for arms and chest, various stomach and back extercises.

Day 2: Cardio, usually a 12km route that takes 50-80 minutes depending if I feel for pushing myself or just doing a fat burn work out.

Day 3: Various strenght workouts without weights. Pull ups front / back, push ups, stomach and back work outs, Squats.

Day 4: Same as day 1, if I got energy for it I do a cardio workout later on the day.

Day 5: Cardio, either intense intervals or fat-burn run

And if I do more that this it's usually cardio or strengt training that is not with weights.

I want a damn six pack, but I am too glad in food lol.

**** me, I totally destroyed the topic

Shiit, so much cardio... Tell me how you manage to do it? Well my endurance isn't that bad when riding a bicycle or generally doing some hard work, I'm better than most of the people i know, but ****, I can't run. Are my footsteps too big, or am i breathing wrong? Whatever i do, i'm out after 1,5km, doesn't matter if i run fast or slow. I'm just short of breath. Well my lung capacity is really small, but how am i supposed to increase it without running ridiculously long distances? Please, teach me to run, i want to be just like you! (well maybe less alcohol abuse )

As for the ruined thread... Nobody cares about faces anymore, it's all about muscle!

Stopped reading here.

You replied awfully quickly with quite a wall of text. You're giving me the impression that this is actually all you have in life, sat behind your computer getting excited over trolling and arguing for an enlarged e-penis. I like a lot of people on this forum, but if I'm not liked then thats up to them to decide, I am not going to try hard to win over an argument with a pathetic troll like yourself for a bit of extra popularity. I enjoy my life, a lot of it spent away from a computer. I just spent a lovely evening with my girlfriend and her parents. I suggest you think about doing something with your own life and getting your ass away from your keyboard for a change Mr Warrior, because at the end of the day your opinions about me really don't mean a thing.

I have PM'd TVE my structured gym workout in its entirety. He seemed appreciative and said he would definitely be giving it a go. That's all that matters to me, since he asked for help and that's what I was trying to give before you rudely butted in with your loud-mouth, thinking anyone cared for your input. As Jens O. said, you clearly were just looking for an argument. You made some kind of "joke" which wasn't funny, and then got all offended when I made a similar "joke" about you which was equally as unfunny but designed to wind you up, like you tried to do to me.

Quote from Jens O. :everybody would have been fine if you just had had a good laugh about us ridiculous guys and kept your opinion for yourself

That isn't possible for you is it though, Jamie?

Oh and sorry to subscribers of this thread wanting to see pics of faces instead of this bullshit.
Haha! Well I guess I am going to be brutal enough to say that it's a natural thing. For me it's allways been pretty easy to run, but to lift weights on the other hand... I should much more like to trade off some natural running abilities with more muscles, but well... can't have all
I know friends who are great at lifting stuff, but they just canot run, no matter what they do.

I can run long distances if I want, but normally I do 30-60min jogs, in low/avarage temo. If I feel for beeing an **** to myself I do intervals, which are the best way getting better at both endurance and sprint (and heart\ocyden uptake training). By pushing yourself very hard you can have great workouts that last only 15-30 minutes.

If running is not your thing you can do step machines, cycling etc to train cardio btw, running is not the only way to go For me running is easier than cycling and such, mainly because I do it most of the time.

But let's make it easy, lets build you a little program for better running shal we?

Week 1:
You are going to do two runs this week. You are going to have one long trip, around a hour or more. Try to run very slow as long as you can, and go if nessesary. You are also going to have a 15-30 min interval run. The more you push yourself here, the better, but remember not to go 100% on the first interval - you need som juice in the legs to the end.

Week 2 and 3:
Same as above, try going less and run more at the long runs. Don't care about the speed, find a slow and nice temo where you are able to run for a long time.

Week 4:
It's time to step it up a little! now we are going to aim training 3 times each week. If you like punishment, do two interval and one long trip. If you are like me, somewhat comfortably (if you can call it that lol), do two long runs, 30+ mins, where the aim is to go faster and further.

You can after this start doing more than 3 times each week if you want, but it can become too much too, and you might end up damaging yourself. Play it safe, no more than 3!
As you get in better shape, run longer, faster, maybe both mentioned til you reach an level you feel comfortable with. But IF YOU AT ANY POINT START FEELING KNEE PAINS, stop stop stop! We are not super humans, even if they say "no pain, no gain", knees are trouble areas. Many people that start training cardio goes out too optimistic and ends up damaging themself bad. Listen to the body, get enough sleep and eat enough.
Endurance training is almost literally a nightmare for me! I always dread pre-season football training. So much running, so many sprints. Sprints the length of 2 football pitches and back for an hour and a half with only about 30 second break in between each sprint. Most of the team were nearly throwing up especially after letting ourselves go a bit in the holidays once the previous season had finished. I'm only a goalkeeper so I don't even rely that heavily on endurance but I always have to take part in it too. Good for me in the long run but I really dread just the thought of those runs! They are killer. Do a lot of circuit training too on obstacle courses which are knackering, but atleast more interesting than a straight forward cross country run or sprints. Fairplay Tor for being able to keep going and having that will power to push yourself.
Thanks, and throwing back at you for having such a strict muscle training regime. As you describe your struggles with running, that goes for me and muscle training ;p

Well, but one thing I forgot to mention, that will save your running life:
Try to run on various routes, patch and roads, variety helps you from getting borred and uninspirated. Also music on the ears help you forgetting that you are tired, and therfor are able to pushing yourself a little longer when your in the right mental attitute.
If you have mountains nearby you can take away / add a day of training with just going in the mountain. Mountain trips is the best cario training there is, and you don't have to run. If you want some legg training at the same time, pack some weights in the backpack. Just remember to not add too much

And one happy thing: The more you run, the easier it gets! :] For me I usually do long runs now, and I can run 60+ mins straight while beeing able to speak at same time. You will also be able to do this in the future if you run a lot. When you get to this level where it's not just a pain every time, you get a lot of motivation and the running is a good way to relax your brain and feel better.

Slow trips / low heart rates - fat burning trips, and some cardio and endurance training
Interval / fast runs - mostly cardio, ocygen and heart training. Still a lot of fatburning tho!
Eating and sleeping enough is the least of a problem for me .

Okay, thanks for the tips, looks like this winter I'm going to torture myself

Oh, and I actually have pretty decent lifting capability, without doing strength training. My classmates call me human tractor ocasionally . I used to do some training earlier, especially at the legs, because i was cycling, now i have a pair of thick thighs, which feel like two anchors when i run
transitioning slowly towards faces again instead of Jamie

Good good! For me the music is a life saving, it takes me to the right mental state Death metall makes me ****ing angry, but at same time makes me run fast.
