This issue appears only when you chanhge something in "settings -> simulation". All other settings don't have (at least this one) negative effects.

So you need to delete "...\My Documents\netKar PRO\cfg\options.ini" file again or open it in Notepad and delete the very last string "REPLAYMIN=15" (number may be different) as I said before.

In last case you will not able to record replays, but game should work

Did you change anything in settings -> simulation?

You should delete "...\My Documents\netKar PRO" folder too. If this will not help - I'm out of ideas.

Then only clean install.

To be honest most of those tracks looks not so good if you will compare them with original ones, but it's just a question of time when its quality will be good.

Try to correct folder' permission if you have Windows 7/Vista and NKP is installed in "Program Files":

Right click on NKP folder -> Properties -> Security tab -> Edit (in the right of "To change permissions click edit") -> Choose "Users/..." in list -> check in "Full Control" and "Modify" -> click Apply and OK.

I had the same "freezes" issue and tip posted above helped me.
