You're talking about backmarkers, I am SLOWER! than SamH... ULTIMATE HUMILIATION for me. I have no clue how he is so much faster but I'm starting to figure out that his slower than dead stuff method is faster.
Our server is opened to the public for people to race against STCC drivers and try their luck. STCC drivers are 'amongst' the best TBO drivers around, they should not have to put up with idiots on their practice servers. When an admin is present racing rules and fairplay policies are rigidly enforced.
Standards of public racing in LFS are often well below STCC standards, when we see low standards we act. If you do not like this may I recommend one of the 500 other servers out there.
ok i understand this.
i read not the rules from your server very stupid from me,
i want a new chance from you to race on your server plz.
iam a racer i like to times.
When your sentence is served you will be unbanned. Not before. In the words of Maggie Thatcher, "we do not negotiate with wreckers". She actually said terrorists, but we know what she meant...

Thatcher successfully removed the last of Britain's heavy industry, and made us a service industry nation.. which we've since subcontracted to New Delhi.
What conversions do you do for the raw video output of the game? I mean it looks like you're doing something similar to "800x600@30fps (noninterlaced) -> 740x576@30fps (interlaced) -> 720x576@30fps (noninterlaced)", which could cause the aliasing effect that appears in all the STCC videos. In the round 3 video it's just more apparent than in the rest.
In an older version of Adobe Premiere there was an option that was defaulted to making a nasty deinterlacing effect on all video material that was timescaled (slowed down or sped up) in a project. I had that problem in a video I once did ( http://users.utu.fi/vaniem/video/aliasing%20problem.avi ). So maybe it could be something similar in your case.
Aside from the technical standpoint the videos are really top notch and fun and exciting to watch. I've never seen anything like this before based on a racing game. STCC looks quite promising as a broadcast league. Can't wait for round 4
