Only thing that's ruled out is manual clutch operated via button. You can still set to autoclutch and if so much needed - you can still use button to engage clutch.
It's set up to avoid misuse of instant clutch (on/off) which then has advantage over people who use axis clutch (or also auto clutch).
Yes, the issue is on my own... Fixed it, but I do not remember anymore why I have used this kind of setting... I tried to check configuration on my older PC but I didn't have any certain clues there.
Only explanation is that I have tried something and forgot...
...annoying... I simply do not remember why it was like this way. lol :DDDD
EDIT: Except now I remember why exactly it was set as so... and now I also do remember why I would rather use wheel and pedals... and also do remember why I can not use those...
...BLAH... Anyway the reason was modded vehicles. ( And some of their awkward transmission settings in bandwidths )
The event with number of days of a normal year was run in track that from first view might seem very odd, however from closer look you can find 2 rather slow and technical sections which are connected by 2 long straights, each 1 kilometer in length. The track has already a history in RGE hosted races, the 3rd race here was featured in livestream for the first time and run with the heaviest LFS default car FZ5. With it's weight and over 300hp power it was a tricky challenge,as the car is everything but agile which would be best for this track. 26 drivers qualified,2 of them left before start, but from 24 starters everyone was classified as finished (100% finishing rate for first time in latest 13 races),however one retired with 2 laps to go - the only one not completing the full race distance.
Even if the track was different, the name on top of the tables was not - once again RTFR's most successful driver was the one to beat, even if his performance was not dominating,Gábor still was able to bring home 45th pole position,46th race win and 84th top5 finish, starting his record extending 9th winning streak. On the way to victory lane, after completing 7th lap Gábor reached another previously unachieved milestone - he led the 1000th lap in RTFR races during the 57th race in which he led at least a lap from 109 race starts. His closest rival was someone who thinks it's funny to use different names each race - driver we know under real name of Niko Puntola was a true number two also in the race, qualifying, racing and finishing in 2nd position, taking the fastest lap of the race in his penultimate lap - that is his 30th (2nd driver to reach this count),while he also added 98th top5 finish to his stats. For Madjester this was the best race in RTFR ever - he started from 5th position, but quite early progressed up to 3rd position and kept it until race finish to score his 1st top5 finish (previous best race result was 6th). Michal repeated his best qualifying result with 3rd position, however lost a position during the race and had to work hard to defend the 4th position - success led to his 15th top5 finish. The challenger was Lorenzo, who could not find the way towards better position,so he had to settle for 5th place finish, which is his 4th top5 finish.

From coming 3 tuesday races,2 will be held on same track, the normal RTFR in 2 weeks will be different though - it will be a return of previously used slick tyre mod, which will feature a race in Westhill. The mentioned track will be used on coming tuesday in RandomCar and in less than 3 weeks time in RTFR XL - both will be run in a Kyoto configuration which uses both GP and National tracks, connected by a concrete bridge which creates an unique crossing. In RandomCar it will be run as usual with the PL200 class cars while RTFR XL will use also a previously used mod - Prototype 2.
