Well not all of us failures will get in on the days, so it's more than likely it'll be ok for NDR.

Just a little news folks! When the series does launch, we will (hopefully) have sections on the NDR website and I may also decide to use the new, uber cool, sign ins mabob.

Anyways, see you all very shortly (especially Jeff) with some more news.

Quote from DeadWolfBones :Is it just me, or is the end of the sprint and the beginning of the feature missing?

I'll check it myself later on, if so then my fault, sorry

As the son of a Nissan employee, for me £11,000 is over the top but not as amazingly overpriced as you think. Every part has to come from Japan, which would be long hauled along with export cars. A new bonnet fully painted and fitted with the super pedestrian hinge mabob isn't cheap at all, although it's very Nissan (and stupid may I add) to have to replace the BCU (I have a feeling it'll be the BCU rather than the ECU.)

EDIT: I've actually decided that £11k is amazingly overpriced.

If you have any ideas about how we can improve the show

Let me in without shootouts, I'll crash enough for everyone to make the show better

For a talent show, do something acoustic. Nothing bowls a whole crowd over like an acoustic performance.

DON'T DO IT IF YOU CAN'T SING!

Come on Ken, what made iTCC exciting? The fact that you, me, Jack Atkinson, The Pope, anyone could win a race. The fact that everyone was almost as quick as each other (especially with the shootout) made the action close, the overtaking fierce and exciting. It may have been a touch excessive, but nowhere near 25%.

I'm rambling

I personally believe the ballast system made the iTCC what it was. The fact that no-one could predict who would win a round. The racing was awesome because the faster drivers were pegged back, and any one of the 30 could have won. I'd keep it the same personally.

Quote from PMD9409 :NOOB!

He could of been told on vent, we've done that for IGTC/MoE before.

@Tommy: I also think it should of been thrown later, the field would of been much more organized probably too.

Yeah, but with the average stream being a good...........6 or 7 seconds delayed from on server action, it's probably more reliable to wait for it to show up, no?

Quote from bunder9999 :i didn't see the replay, but i did see the youtube video and the stream... did anyone else notice that the green flag wasn't on the youtube video? maybe they didn't act on it because nobody saw it, and it was conveyed by someone watching the stream...

It's a possibility. The fact that I was watching the lead car on stream would give me the accurate green flag for the leader. But it is whether all the drivers at the back of the pack got the chat message as the green was waved for Tommy, and that is something very hard to prove.

EDIT: Wilko, pause when Tommy/Ken get green flag, then drop back to RSR.

That makes no sense at all!

Looking at that, I think Kevin has seen the chat message and acted upon it, and the yellow flag has blocked out the large green flag message. However, it is strange that no-one else has acted upon the chat message.....

You've made me think now, Phil!

Quote from JayEyeBee :You should check the stream as well. There are chat 'Green Flag' messages that pops up that do not appear on any of the replays I've seen. While I don't dismiss the possibility of a jump start, I really don't think the issue is fully known. The rush to judgement may need to slow down just a bit.

If there was a chat message before the green flag, at least one other car would have responded to them....
