Quote from spankmeyer :I assume you are selling your valid Photoshop CS2 license and not the program installed on the HD?

EDIT: Honestly I hope that's a typo since you can't be so stupid to try and gain profit from selling unlicensed software on a public forum?

Why would I try to profit off of something I didnt pay for, Of course it's a valid Subscription! I think out of all the forums I've posted this on this is the most Stupidest question I ran across, but I understand where you coming from. all Programs are Valid and not hacked.
I think I'm giving up and calling it QUITS. Check this out.

Up for sale is a wide variety of nice/SWEET shat.

Let me say that I'd like to sell everything as "ONE" piece, however I'd consider splitting up the sale and sale each item "Individually" and not loose much money on the deal.

Sale includes: I'd like to stress more than 3/4 of this sale is less than 6months old, so keep in mind.

1.) Logitech G25 Racing Wheel
(900degrees of rotation, (H patter) Shifter that can change to
Sequential shift mode, Dual force feed back motor's to give you
the true edge, Steel pedal arms and frames, 11'' leather wrapped
steering wheel, and Stainless steel gas, brake and clutch pedals.
This wheel setup is compatible with PS2, main use is PC (USB)
This product is only 1 week old.

2.) Logitech MoMo racing Wheel $Included with PC
(240degrees of rotation) Used for a while and never abused, was
my first wheel so it's got some "Miles" put on it, Force Feedback
works as it did when I pulled it out of the box 1 year ago. Gas and
brake pedals work fine, like I said it was never abused.

3.) Nikon Nikkor Lens AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED $225
This was my "Second" Lens and it's barely come out to play and It's
roughly 2-3months old, Have receipt and warranty through Cord
Camera, and they also have a copy of receipt in case if you loose
yours. Still got original box and instructions, and both lens caps.

4.) Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR ED 18-55mm 1:3.5-5.6GII $included
This lens has brought me many good pictures, I will be shipping
this lens out to Nikon for a repair, the lens tipped over and all the
force went on the adjuster ring, still works but when you use auto
focus it'll make a click noise, thats why I think some of my recent
pictures look out of focus. I know it's this lens because my other
works perfectly fine and no problem with camera.

5.) My most Prized Possession, D40 SLR $540
it's digital and has everything
that came with the camera. I'll include the 1gb SD chip as well, the
only thing that did not come with the camera was the Zoom lens and
the little remote to take pictures while the camera is mounted on a
Tri Pod. I received this camera on 09-11-2007, so it's still under
warranty and same with the lens.

6.) Maxtor Basic 160GB Internal Hard Drive. $Included with PC
This is in use on my PC, which will not be sold separate.

7.) Dell Dimension E520. $1900
This computer rocks, I've upgraded memory to 2GB of DDR2,
Two Hard Drives, the one has two operating systems which includes
windows XP and Linux, Sabayon share 80GB drive, has multi boot
from start up, and a Second Hard Drive, listed above. Packed with
Adobe PhotoShop CS2, Sony Vegas Movie Editor6, Lime Wire Pro,
my favorite Racing Game, LFS. Wocom Bamboo Drawing Pad with
Wireless Pen, Wireless router and receiver, way to much to list. The
Processor is a Pentium 4 3.06GHz and the graphics card is powered
by Nvidia, it's a GEForce 7300LE. Anyways I got some Franklin's
in this machine.

8.) Polaroid HD LCD TV/PC Screen. 32'' $Included with PC
I got this last month and I can say WoW is it F'ning SWEET, I love
watching movies on it and mainly playing my PC games as well, It
comes with a 6ft VGA cord for a PC hook up, has awesome quality
and I'd hate to go back to normal tv or even a smaller PC screen.

If I forgot to mention anything please let me know, but I'm sure I covered everything.

The reason for this sale is to collect enough money to get a car, so I need to let my stuff go. Please be considerate and remember I paid alot of money for all of this, so any LOW BALL Pricewill be rejected. Right now I'd like to see people make OFFERS rather then me giving a price and people thinking it's not fair enough, So shoot me an offer and I'd get back to you with a reply, I'd like to keep the TV and PC as a pair. Here are some Pictures of my "Stuff" for sale.
1.)
2.)
3.)
4.)

O yeah I forgot to mention "Serious Inquiries" only. Thank You -Mike

Quick Question about Adobe PhotoShop CS2

I'm using one of master skinnerz templates (XRT) and I cant get the WAND to click more than one area on the wireframe layer, It's complicated story. I'm going to wireframe layer and using the (Wand) to get the POLY and then after it's outlined I'll go to (sides) layer and the paint. Doing it this way will take a while and if I can outline all the things I want painted then It'll reduce time alot. Quick reply please. If you dont understand what I mean I'll post a screenie
Thanks -Mike

Quote from kubax :Hi racing maniacs
I am pretty fresh in LFS I think (just 3k laps). What I love in the game it is good physics/realism in racing online with formula cars. I mainly race BL GP with BF1 and AS national with FOX. I can win some races mainly due to beeing consistent/safe than fast. But I want to win more and especially compete with best racers as you could imagine I believe I will get better speed with more practice but I wonder what do you think about limitations from the wheel?
I use Logitech Formula Force GP which I bought for really low price. It is 270 degree FF wheel with paddles and 2 pedals. I like it very much but I suspect I miss some precise movement because of this 270 deg. I also suffer some looseness in the FF in neutrl position - I mean FF drops a little when I pass neutral position which makes my steering a little not linear.

What I want to ask you is how much 420/540 degree (like DFP or maybe G25) wheel would help to get 1 second lower which I miss so much?
My PBs are:
- 54.7 BL BF1
- 1:02.03 AS club FOX
I can race pretty consistent at:
- 55.5 BL BF1
- 1:02.50 AS club FOX
and my main problems are to keep good line and full throttle at chicanes:
T2,3,4 on BL and T2,3 on As club.

Can you help?

BR, kubax (DaddyCool in the game

Well I was using MoMo Black wheel and i think that has a lock of 270 and the day I got my G25 I changed the lock to 900 and I saw a rapid change in splits and over all times. I was doing 1:28x consistently and now after a total of 2-3 hours hot lapping and practicing I've managed to get 1:26.xx. I'm assuming the wheel has alot to do with it, but I'm looking to get better times overall

Quote from AchimPL :Hi,
I found this:
Toolbox appears when you are close to it.

I'm not understanding what you mean, If you mean why it looks a little blury or jagged I'm guessing I have no clue, but I think it looks fine.

But I have a little bug to report but I so forgot to save the replay to see if it was a trick my eyes were playing on me or what. I was pitting at #12 or #13 and while I was waiting for pit to finish, I was looking at the left garage door in the back and it looked as if it were moving with the wind... Yeah I'm not sure if this is me or an actual bug. I drove up and down ever pit to see if this was in fact a bug but I didnt see it, so LMK if you see the same thing. I might need to go to eye doctor.

Quote from R3DMAN :i have no idea where to put this, but i think the clutch wears out WAY too fast.. on the race cars i think its probably just right.. but the road cars wouldnt wear that much..

unless im just not doing something right.

I too agree to a point. I was testing out the new car and was slipping clutch to see how the new feature works and WoW.. I'd say it's good and bad to a fine limit. I'm aware of what happens when you heat a clutch up, but after so much heating it's done. I wasnt able to make it to pits to see weather pitting will fix it or not, but the clutch seems to heat rapidly on race cars, I'm still testing out everything so I'll post any bad/odd behavior Thanks for the test patch DEVS.

Oh yeah, Black wood never looked this good, and the chickaine (Yes I know it's spelled wrong) route is awesome... I like the bumpy feel and the layout.

Quote from dadge :this kind of mesh is much better MESHED PATATOES FTW!!! or maybe even a ricer

WTF is the deal with "RICER" that term is over rated! Think of something better to say. And as far as having a FMIC I know I said It would be sweet but again what are the odds of it happening??? Excatly, thats why I said what I said.

Quote from tristancliffe :Hopefully LFS will never get MASSIVE FMIC, although it would explain the terrible lag the turbo modelling has. Once that's improved there would be no reason to add a MASSIVE FMIC unless you actually wanted that lag again (but no additional power).

Grilles make cars slower and heavier. A car for a track doesn't need them (though are good for road use, where debris lurks more often).

Anyone who asks for a MASSIVE FMIC obviously doesn't understand turbos or intercoolers.

I wasnt asking for a MASSIVE FMIC, and I think I understand turbos and IC enough. I'm just saying how I'd like to see something there, besides BLACK. and how is mesh going to add weight? OO Yeah probably an added weight of 2oz if that.
Whats about Mesh Grille Inserts?
TypeRCivic

I think this can be a small add on that'll give the car a good look. I'm not sure what the future of s3 will hold as far as textures and add ons but this I feel will help with car looks, as of right now. I've made a post in Misc. Addons to see if it can be done and I think it would be neat to have this in later version. If there can be a MASSIVE FMIC on the turbo cars then hecks yah I'd like to see that in replace of the mesh, but I'm not sure if that can be done yet or if that'll be in later patches or version.
Request: Mesh Grille Inserts, If possible.

Yes I've used the search function and came up with nadda. I'm wondering if this is possible and if it is can I get someone to do it for me. I feel like this will add a much better look to the cars and I think it'll look good. I'll post a screen shot in the places i'd like to add mesh, the big gap where you'd be able to see a fmic is killing me, so I'd like to cover it up.

Quote from P5YcHoM4N :Socks, bath towels, something cloth put behind the wheels. You have to put your chair a bit closer forwards than you like at first, but it rolls back into whatever you put behind the wheels and stops moving.

Also, if it is a Christmas present, you shouldn't be using it until the 25th.

HaHa.. Your right, I shouldnt be using it until the 25th but hey, it's early enough. Thumbs up

I know, I'm taking forumwhoring to a new level.

I've already watcher some of them, it seems all new to me so i need to get use to the feel of the pedals, going from momo to g25 is a lot different. My chair is on wheels and it keeps moving back when I push the clutch in so I'm gonna have to find a cure for that first.

Quote from thisnameistaken :Well... In the UK we pay pretty hefty taxes, and I don't think anyone here believes we're getting good value from the government - there are too many very visible cock-ups for anyone to be in any doubt that the government wastes vaste amounts of public money, either on large-scale procurement contracts that go tits-up, impossibly ambitious IT projects with ballooning budgets, or unpopular spending on frivolities like the Millenium Dome or the current Olympic bid.

Twenty years ago most of the economically-important services were publicly owned (power, mail/telecoms, rail, etc.) and affordable, whereas now they're private concerns, poorly run, and either subsidised by the treasury or bailed out of financial ruin periodically by the taxpayer while the board make fat profits. Nobody here minds paying for social security benefits or healthcare provision, but being forced to prop up private business sticks in your craw a bit.

I think in the USA there's a bit of a prevailing "I'm alright, Jack" attitude. "The poor and the needy are selfish and greedy", to quote Morrissey. That's the American dream though isn't it - to get yours. Tax hikes just can't be sold to the electorate - even promises to balance the budget are looked upon with shock and horror - because there'll always be a candidate who'll let you keep your money and brush the issue under the carpet.

I don't know. I'm not knocking the US way of doing things, but it seems a bit more mercenary than the way we live in Europe.

As of right now I dont got much to say, how ever I'll be heading to work and I'll be thinking about this for the next 8 1/2 hours. So I'll post my thoughts when I get home.

Quote from Dajmin :Since the DS operating system is completely self-contained I'd assume it would need a hack to do it.

I'm also not sure it'd be worth the bother since even if it was possible, the DS screen is so small it's unlikely you could make anything useful fit at 'glance' speed.

Well can this be done using any other hand held? Or is it going to be pointless because of the screens?

I've searched for previous posts and didnt find much luck, My question is am I able to use the DS lite with LFS? Meaning can I use it to display the speed, gear, RPM and boost? I got some sources from a following post but I didnt hear much about this being done with LFS. If this can in fact be done can you please provide me with sources and possibly steer me in the right direction, also would I need to do anything to LFS files to get it to work?

Quote from thisnameistaken :The daily cost of living in the USA is much lower. When I lived there I was constantly confused about what I was supposed to do with all the money I had lying around at the end of each month.

The answer of course was "Health Insurance", and other such services that we Brits pay for through taxation.

I wish in America our health insurance was paid through taxation. It's expensive to get medical in the states unless you have a good job that offers medical at a low price.
