Spec out a Dell XPS 1530, I got one for £530 last year with a C2D 1.8GHz, 3GB RAM and an 8600GT. Theres usually voucher codes on the net to get the price down (I think i got 15% off).
Wow, Nintendo should hire this guy! I was expecting a portable PC with an emulator, not an actual N64 in a portable!
Amazing stuff. Although if I'm honest, I would prefer a 'modern' cartridge like an SD card that has a collection of games on instead of having to insert original game cartridges. But +1 for authenticity!
I really like this game actually, it plays fine with a gamepad and the EU 1.3 mod really adds some good roads. The physics feel fine with the "physics v3" mod from Eurotrucksim.org. Only annoying thing is getting a Wrong Way penalty when overtaking on single carriageways.
You can't enter any kind of credit agreement (which is what it is) until you're 18 and legally an adult, tis that simple. It's not even a credit score issue, just the law.
Played through it in a few days straight, was a very good game imo because it feels a bit like GTA/Farcry 2 in terms of mission structure. Wasn't keen at all on the twist to start with but it grows on you and the ending is good.
This isn't a dig, it's a genuine question -> In real life, how would an F1 car react to driving over a jump at 130mph? Would it stay suckered to the road etc?
GT5 is good for driving cars you saw on Topgear etc against a mate and it is fun for a while drifting Ferraris or chucking FWD kei cars/hatchbacks around Eiger, but for singleplayer racing action, GRID is much more fun.
So true He forgot the virtual flirting though... There were about 10 guys around a dancing virtual girl when I logged on (wasn't you was it, Danowat?), wtf?
I have no doubt Scirocco racing will be exciting, it'll be similar to touring car races- a close pack of FWD cars, and it should have a sporty enough suspension setup to behave like a "proper" car, not a shopping trolley.
I was quite surprised to learn that my ISP (BT) wasn't one of the ones which filtered the Wiki image, yet the well reviewed and often recommended ISPs like UKonline, Be and O2 reportedly do filter.
There's a few good cheap USB adapters you can get online, they never let me down. Just don't remove them often because the plugs have a tendency to snap...
He's a good driver, give him a McLaren and he'd bring it home first a few times I reckon. Sure he's not as good as Lewis, but he doesn't deserve to leave the sport without being given another chance as when Honda had a decent car, he was putting in decent results.
Wow... It's such a shame to see how far downhill Honda F1 have gone since '06. Good car with sponsor -> Crap car without sponsor... Eeek. It's sad really.
