Ok, so now I am in a middle of AC video project and what I've noticed already that AC replay system just rules. It's so easy and fast to navigate through the replay. Whole capture process takes much less time than LFS. You don't have to wait for replay to load up at the certain, desired period of time. Everything works instantly. It's a big plus. I don't understand one thing, why rF, iR or AC even doesn't have that advanced camerawork options. You can't move you camera smoothly as you can do in LFS. At this point, LFS camerawork beats all simulation brands.
AI is nowhere near to perfect stage. They react really awkward at stages and prone to ram out you off the track by going full speed into your rear while you braking.

From a distance it seems run at locked 62 fps, if closer 55 and lower. Well, I had to lower cuba reflection from 6 all the way to 1. Now the situation is pretty same as driving with higher settings in hotlap. Not really happy about it. Oh, also, had to lower shadows from medium to low. So :/

Speaking about my own experience with Tomek, I remember long talks with him about everything, but mainly about racing, of course, as we know how passionate was Tomek. I remember him dropping links to documentaries, articles, related to motorsport and its greatest personas. He was very easy person to chat with, but yet had his very strong opinion on certain topics, and you wouldn't change it for ages. His strong attitude, along with wild passion to motorsport made him the best LFS driver this platform has ever had. No doubt he was the fastest among us and he proved many, countless times.
As we all know, I had a personal request from Tomek to make a promo video about himself. Damn it was a very, very long and exhausting project, probably the most exhausting project I've ever had. I remember chatting hours 'n hours with Tomek about that video and doing it step-by-step. Listening to his wildest dreams and trying to make the video in the way Tomek wanted. There were many arguments and harsh talking over the process, but we both have come up with a pretty decent result. Well, I've tried that Joux Plane track, well it's a fun route (if you know it perfectly and really focused on it while driving), but I once again made it clear, that rally courses are not for me. It's just to complex and really nothing like circuit racing, which I like. So, I rather drive in short and not that complex Magione track, which repeats over and over again lap by lap, but yet gives me more joy. So, yeah.. Apart from that, Joux Plance is really nice ported version.
I am really surprised how my pc rig handles AC while recording it. Basically 60fps all the time locked, of course some freezes occur, but I bet it's because of RAM (4GB) and space in my HDD. Well, anyways, as long I am able to capture AC action, I really looking forward to AC video projects that I can create.

Today, I finally managed to force myself downloading RSR Timing app, and I am totally lovin' it. I wonder why I've not downloaded it a long time ago. Just picked random, yet me fitting combo 599XX at Silverstone and set 1:58.496 which placed me in 35-th place. Yet I find this combo really easy to improve. I can improve easily by 1 sec. It feels like that. Driven without any aids (except that throttle blip and cut aid, which i don't really know how to shut down, but i guess it's basically heel-'n'-toe thing which in cars, such as 599xx doesn't required, as long it has automatic clutch) and with completely default setup.

I also don't get it why people do complain on MP. Be more patient. Just enjoy practice, or time trial session on AC, there is still much to do in those sessions and, after all, you can get used to the sim, discover how everything works and it's very good preparation before MP. MP feature wont take long to come out, I think, 'cos I saw Gamescom 2012 conference and there was AC title and racing feature available to test it. Somehow I feel like devs are programmed (or how to say) pretty much all the features, all planned cars and tracks, but they are perfectionists, so they don't rush without releasing everything at one take, so you can't do nothing about it. Even BETA version of the game doesn't have many of errors, problems, and even in BETA game looks fantastic and feels like that.
Really looking forward to that 599XX. 
I will probably when I get a normal job. For now, it's good to listen on desktop pc. You can listen whatever you want, just need to have some patience for those commercials and that's it.
Well as long street cars is a really big fun in AC, I say yes for Nordshleife, otherwise I would say NO, because of the case TVE mentioned. It's just overrated track, fun for hotlapping, but nothing else.
