Quote from P5YcHoM4N :If you don't care about branded NAWZ bottles, you can get bottles for cheap from places like BOC.

If spoken to people who have allot of experience and they all say my best bet is to buy a kit from a known brand, to stay safe and knowing you'll have quality.
Now looking at NOS or Nitrous Express.

Lol, I don't see anything near a Ferrari in this thread. Or it was a troll action!

I'm seriously considering putting a nitrous installation in my driftcar. It's an easy way to gain more power and isn't very expensive. Just the refill's now and then and maybe a new bottle when the current one is done.

And I just want to be able to say: See my nawz?

Ok, let me translate for you.

We're building an old Toyota Corolla with a Toyota 4.0L V8 from a Toyota Soarer over here, will do some drifting/hillclimbs with it, when it's finished

Damn, I would want a wagon so bad! Would go for a 20V 4AGE with some mods done to it.

Well, Japanese cars and safety.... They're basicly tinfoil so I don't really want to have a bad crash in one, I'll take my E36 for that.

I find it indeed really strange, in a country where in allot of states you can do basicly anything to your car and keep it street legal and still, those cars are banned because of that. Ah well, /firstworldproblems.

Just got my new stiffer springs, so car will handle a bit better. On some occasions I found the stock ones to soft for pure track use.

Just still waiting for those new lower control arms. Shifter is fully mounted now, works like a treat, hope to make a video soon of it in action.

(exception on their V8's) US almost always got the crappy engine. Like the E36 M3.
US M3 3.0 and 3.2: 240BHP
EU M3 3.0 and 3.2: 286BHP and 321BHP

I believe in the Toyota Corolla AE86 you had an SR5 model wich only had 87bhp and the normal GTS had 112bhp.

Emissions or something? Are Nissan Skylines (Pre GT-R (yes, that's not a skyline, I know.) still illegal in the US?

Quote from KiRmelius :I have 75 hp on 1100 kg and it makes a funny noise when I gun it.

There is no such thing as "gunning" 75hp on 1100kg

Cool car and everything, but why such a ricer steering wheel?

Buy a nice Sparco wheel or something, would suit much much better!

Looks like a nice car!

I drove a rental Chrysler van when I was in the USA this year. The throttle response was horrrible though, it only moved when you pressed the throttle deep enough and then it acted like you would release a clutch really fast. Wasn't really fun to drive . Hope this drives better!

My new shifter arrived. Looks very good and solid, will be fitting it this weekend along with another gearbox, new spark plugs and a full oil service again.

Ordered some upgrades for mine.
Other lower control arms, no more worn bushes...

And a decent quickshifter...

Last weekend, 4 wheels where stolen from my home, so now have to source 4 other wheels...

Quote from jibber :Really loving the game!

I was scared about driving physics first and indeed a little disappointed with the first few cars i drove, but not all cars are the same. Some old cars from GTAIV still handle very similar and there's no problem at all loosing traction and sliding them around corners.
Also the car deformation isn't that bad now. I've had various situations where the cars were deformed quite a bit like in good old GTAIV days, maybe not as much, but close.

Graphics wise, the game looks simply stunning sometimes...

Can't really complain about anything, other than having to work right now instead of sitting on the couch playing the game...

I like the fact that instead of cars staying one big ball of metal after crashing, that you actually lose parts now. And I like the way the traffic interacts etc... Much better then IV.

I love the game

Car controls is something indeed you have to get used to, but I'm fine with it now. Game is funny as hell, especially when you start playing as Trevor. Even the cool reference to Nico when you're going to rob the jewelery store with Michael "And there was that Eastern European guy in Liberty City..... nah, he went quiet"

Ok, I'm going to install the play disc to a USB flash drive. Seems to work okay and takes away the noise of the play disc... (Xbox360)

I'll be going to the night release around 23.00h....

Will be a fun game, just a shame about the driving. But so much that came back for in return, will be fun!

Le routine:

Open door
Right foot in
slide your bum into seat followed by a left foot combo into car movement.

Boom, you're in.

Went a bit sad last week, saw paint chipping off my mirrors. So decided to get some more carbon fibre stuff...

No, but compared to GTA IV, it's a massive step back.

Haha thanks! Well the engine is allright though.
136 bhp, with enough torque. Drives really smooth and nice and insurance wouldn't be doable for me with something with more power. But i'm getting it chipped. Should do 180bhp and 400nm

Thanks for the nice comments!

It looks better in real life, trust me
I like the look of the carbon splitters, makes it a bit sportier.

Just looking for some other wheels. Think I will go for 18" wheels.
